Customer service shocking also
We was originally booking aqualandia...we was talked in to booking the western one 1 hour away the park opens 10 until 6..we was picked up at 10.20am it should of been 10 (ok they can't help no shows they dropped the marineland off first then us less time in the water park then we was told we was getting picked up at 16.25...they changed it to 16.35 due to the delay in the morning the ques was ridiculous for rides and food so once u ate you managed to get on around 4 slides with the ques..they didn't care just wanted the money really ruined it for the kids even sent them pictures of the ques I expect ques however if it an hour away I believe you should be picking people up at 9 and collecting them around 5 or 6 people are paying for a full day out...they also pick western waterpark up first again after dropping us off secondly to marineland do no recommend this excursion at all and it wasnt the cheapest either when we could of gone to aqualandia for the same price or hidropark cheaper...the boat trip though was fantastic
Response from the operator: Dear customer, We are sorry you felt you did not get enough time at Western Water Park on the day that you went. We always pick up at that time; around 10am in Puerto Alcudia, after breakfast and arriving at the park just as all the queues at the ticket office have gone down. We find it works very well and suits our clients, who tend to be families. We remember who you are, and we know that you went to Western Park on Tuesday 15th August. On a Tuesday, we run a bus to Aqualand and also a bus to Western Park. We charge the same price for each one, so no one had any reason to try to convince you to choose one park over the other. It makes no difference to our company which water park you visit. In the middle of August, everything in Mallorca is busy, water parks being no exception. Our sales staff are very transparent about the fact that there will be queues for the slides, it is no secret. This is true for both Aqualand and Western Park, as well as all Mallorca's other attractions. We are very glad you enjoyed the boat trip though. Berst regards, No Frills Excursions

Park good excursion bad.
The idea was to enjoy a trip to palma and use a different water park to the one in Alcudia. The coach picks up from various locations - this was due at 1010 but arrived at 1100. This meant that we arrived at the park at 1200 so by the time you got into the park and settled it was about 1220hrs. We were told when we booked it included two free sun beds but when speaking with staff at the park they didn’t know anything about this agreement. The park is great but so be warned the ground gets very hot in places so wear footwear as much as possible. The coach back picks up at 1620 so €200 for a four hour trip. Would have loved to be there for opening and closing. This coach also calls in at the sea life centre so this adds transfer time too. First time and last time I’d use no frills for this place. Let themselves down badly with this.
Response from the operator: dear traveller, thanks for the review. Just an important clarification, you mention that it is a four hours trip, but according to the gps the clients had nearly 5 hours, not 4 hours. Regarding the timing, we do a pick up after breakfast so clients can have breakfast and then get on the bus. We agree we dont stay from opening to closing, and probably if you wanted that, you should have rented a car as a better option, thought not cheaper considereing the entrance fee+car rental+petrol. thanks

Booked wrong and was helped
I booked aqua land by mistake and couldnt go on the day aqua land was open, i emailed at 11pm panicking and i got a response straight away, and even though i didnt book the trip through them, only the coach, they helped me out, and i got an email confirmation that everything was all sorted at 7am, worked magic. Very grateful!
Response from the operator: dear traveller thanks a lot for the review. We rememeber it, and it is very nice to get this review of appreciation as it was a very busy day, and we put at that time one person to help you to find a solution. thanks

Fabulous park, but bad transfer
The park is sensational, attractions are incredible but the transfer by bus was not enjoyable. To enjoy fully, buy the "fastpass" to skip the line (12euro / adult) and take beach shoes (ground really hot). 6-7h required But the bus travel was not satisfying : We first turned around hotels to pick up other customers during 1h and then only left for the actual trip (50min from Muro - North). Same on the way back. Plus, the bus was so small we were touching knees with people facing us. To enjoy fully, rent a car (50euros per day) and buy the entrances directly at the park (30e per adult). Less expensive, more time in the park, more confort.
Response from the operator: dear traveller, your reciew is a bit unacurrate and we belive is missing important things: - you were pick up in Playa muro at 9.50, last staop for pcik up was at 10:20 (there is a GPS evidence) - The buses we use belong to autocares comas which is the 2nd largest company on the island. Buses have plenty of space, even for big people. - the entrance at the park is not 30€, it is 34€ and you dont have all the advantadges that our ticket has. - You also omitt he cost of the petro if you rent a car, and much important: the hassle to get there, to find parking... Anyway, thanks for the review

Why this scores 53
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Western Waterpark Tickets with Transfer: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Mallorca.
How much does Western Waterpark Tickets with Transfer cost?
+
Prices start at $45 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Mallorca usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Western Waterpark Tickets with Transfer take?
+
Plan for about 8.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Mallorca is not rushed.
Is Western Waterpark Tickets with Transfer worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 53 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.6/5 across 7 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Mallorca, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Western Waterpark Tickets with Transfer?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Western Waterpark Tickets with Transfer suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 8.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Western Waterpark Tickets with Transfer?
+
Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Mallorca can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Mallorca and add a light layer if any part of the 8.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Western Waterpark Tickets with Transfer start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Mallorca within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Mallorca?
+
On Outty we rank every Mallorca experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Mallorca Full Day Tour Valldemossa Deià and Sóller Experience, Best Mallorca Coves: Paddle Surf, Snorkeling and Guide, 3 Hours E-Bike Tour in Palma. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Mallorca?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Mallorca?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
