Not a very good...
Not a very good experience and the time was not communicated properly and there was a bit of lacking in coordination. However, it was decent. But could be better.

We've investigated the issues that occurred during your trip, specifically the delay in departing from your hotel. As previously communicated, the agreed-upon pickup time was 7:00 AM from your hotel in the South Bali area, with a scheduled boat departure at 8:00 AM to Nusa Penida Island. Unfortunately, our driver confirmed that you left the hotel very late, and Monday traffic congestion prevented us from reaching the port of Sanur in time for the 8:00 AM boat. We had to rebook the ticket for 9:00 AM at no additional cost. At this point you have to wait 30 min in the port before new boat ticket scheduled to departure at 09: 00 AM and Fortunately, our team on Nusa Penida managed the itinerary professionally, and you were able to visit all listed attractions until your return time to Bali in late afternoon. For future tours, we recommend arriving on time for scheduled pickups to ensure a smooth journey. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to serving you better next time. Wow. Highly recommend.
Wayan was my guide and he was absolutely incredible. He was so attentive the entire time—basically my personal photographer, gear carrier, and motivational coach all rolled into one. He patiently helped me down the steep, crazy Kelingking trail, and somehow managed to drag my exhausted self back up with a smile. Couldn’t have asked for a better guide!

Great place to visit
Driver Wuyan was excellent. Made experience more enjoyable. Added a cultural experience and provided information into the day to day leve a local. Only downside was the crowds but that is to be expected. Nusa Penida is very beautiful place to visit. Could.spend a bit of the tourist dollar fixing the roads and infrastructure.

We had such a great time on this tour, highly recommend. Everything was so organised and ran smoothly. Nyoman nata picked us up and dropped us off to the port in Sanur and gave us more information about our tour so we knew what to expect. He even waited with us till we got on the boat to make sure we knew where we were going. The views were amazing!! Our tour guide Artha was so friendly, we had lots of laughs together and he took so many nice photos and videos for us.

Nice Views but poor tour operator.
Transport from hotel in Kuta was on time, friendly and clean. On the fast boat to and from Nusa Penida, there was no safety brief, or how to fit life vests. There was a strong smell of fumes up the front which gave me a headache. The tour driver on Nusa Penida was not very ftiendly and was slways hurrying us. Along with the shocking roads, it was not pleasant. The only saving aspect of the tour was the views of Broken Beach and Kelingking Beach. Most of the day was spent travelling in crappy conditions. I don't recommend this tour company.

The island is small and since it is very popular the island get busy with visitor and we have also wondering why the road there in the island still not improved until now. But as we have investigated the driver is driving with how it use to be, we have added scheduled about the time, that you get little hurry because the time you have spended on each attractions is longer then the our schedule. It is the reason the driver take little bit faster to Drive due the limited time until the boat departure from penida island back to Bali following the day tour to penida island sir and madam. Penida island is a keeping the nature, and it may less building and modern site attractions it may you have expected. And once again, we apologize for the inconvenience following not friendly driver, we Will make special note to our company partner in penida island as our partner company. And also boat speed fume, we Will send a feedback to our boat partner as well. To inform the boat that not everyone can smell the fume it may can effect headache as your mentioned.
