Fatima I am so grateful Allahumma Barik Laha.

I had the pleasure of touring the Valley of the kings in Luxor with Nasco Tours and my personal tour guide Fatima. The whole experience was wonderful, from being collected from my hotel in an air-conditioned car, to having a very insightful tour of the Valley of the kings, and the temple of Queen Hatshepsut. Fatima my tour guide was very friendly, knowledgeable, and warm. She was very patient, and had a great energy and personality. If you ever tour Luxor, and tour its historical sites. I would highly recommend you choose Nasco Tours, and Fatima as your personal guide.

Response from the operator: Thank you for sharing this wonderful review! It sounds like you had an amazing experience exploring Luxor's incredible historical sites. Having Fatima as your knowledgeable and enthusiastic guide we believe helped to make all the difference, along with the comfortable air-conditioned transport and hotel pickup service. Your recommendation of Nasco Tours and Fatima will be very valuable for other travelers planning to visit these 3,000+ year old monuments.

Excellent Private tour

"Excellent Private Tour with Ghada!" We had a fantastic experience on our private tour with Ghada. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and shared interesting insights at each site. The tour was well-paced and tailored to our interests, making it both informative and enjoyable. Highly recommend Ghada for anyone wanting a memorable and comfortable tour of Luxour!

Perfect experience, learned a lot!

We had a perfect experience with our guide(Ghada) and our driver(Ahmed). Everything went so smooth, and Ghada had a lot of experience in guiding, so we really felt like we learned a lot. It was so convenient that she knew everything about how and what we should do to get most out of our time. We visited Valley of the kings, Hatshepsuts temple, a quick stop at Colossi of Memnon, had a great lunch at Africa restaurant, did a bloat trip to cross the river of Nile, before we finished our trip at the Karnak temple. I would definitely recommend doing this trip with Ghada and Ahmed, for convenience, learning about the great history and for having a great time.

Response from the operator: Thank you very much for your kind comments and we hope to see you again.

West Bank Tombs & Temples: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Luxor.

How much does West Bank Tombs & Temples cost?

+

Prices start at $88 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Luxor usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does West Bank Tombs & Temples take?

+

Plan for about 7.6 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Luxor is not rushed.

Is West Bank Tombs & Temples worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 69 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 37 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Luxor, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule West Bank Tombs & Temples?

+

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is West Bank Tombs & Temples suitable for kids and families?

+

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 7.6-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book West Bank Tombs & Temples?

+

Around 13 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Luxor can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Luxor and add a light layer if any part of the 7.6-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does West Bank Tombs & Temples start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Luxor within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Luxor?

+

On Outty we rank every Luxor experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Full Day Tour of Luxor West Bank Temples and Tombs (Private), Luxury Sunrise Balloon Ride in Luxor with Hotel Pickup, Luxor Day Tour: Valley of Kings & Queens & Hatchepsut Temples. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Luxor?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Luxor?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
