A great time on the water
Captain Ryan and Adrian were awesome, great time!

Nice cruise
We had an amazing time on the sunset cruise! Wylee and Captain Ryan were both so friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. They explained everything along the way and made the experience fun and enjoyable. They were also incredibly kind to offer to take photos for everyone, which made the trip even more memorable. The sunset was beautiful, and we highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Hawaii!

Absolutely Gorgeous
Absolutely beautiful, I mean what more could you ask for. My party and I were able to have a boat to ourselves, and we were able to get a beautiful, clear view of the sunset. The Captain also delivered perfectly by making some detours before the sun set, giving us a history lesson on some of the buildings and beaches along the coast. On top of this, we were given complimentary hot chocolate of green tea, which I've never seen before but was a great addition to the cool temperature at that time. 5/5 would definitely book another trip the next time I come to Hawaii!🎖
Response from the operator: Aloha, thank you so much for joining us on our sunset cruise! We're glad you enjoyed the views, the Captain’s insights, and the warm drinks during your experience. Mahalo for your kind words and support!

Poor Communication and Untrustworthy
They waited til the last moment and cancelled our cruise when they didn’t get more passengers. I would not trust this company.
Response from the operator: Aloha. Unfortunately, we didn’t reach the maximum passenger count for the day, and when this happens, we need to reschedule tours to ensure the best experience for everyone. We understand this can be disappointing and appreciate your understanding. Mahalo.

Awesome adventure
The best adventure we had in Hawaii! We saw so many whales—they put on a real show for us! An incredible experience filled with emotions! A huge thank you to our captain, Ryan, and to Emily, who took such great care of us throughout the journey. Sipping warm tea at sunset was truly a gift! Thank you so much for this trip—everything was absolutely amazing! Mahalo! Iryna and Anika.
Response from the operator: Aloha Iryna and Anika Thank you so much for joining us and sharing your wonderful experience We are thrilled to hear you enjoyed the whale sightings and felt cared for by Captain Ryan and Emily Sipping warm tea at sunset sounds like the perfect way to end the trip Mahalo for choosing us and we look forward to welcoming you back for another amazing adventure soon

Waikiki Sunset Cruise Catamaran Boat Tour on Oahu: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Oahu.
How much does Waikiki Sunset Cruise Catamaran Boat Tour on Oahu cost?
+
Prices start at $70 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Oahu usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Waikiki Sunset Cruise Catamaran Boat Tour on Oahu take?
+
Plan for about 2 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Oahu is not rushed.
Is Waikiki Sunset Cruise Catamaran Boat Tour on Oahu worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 62 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.7/5 across 19 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Oahu, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Waikiki Sunset Cruise Catamaran Boat Tour on Oahu?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Waikiki Sunset Cruise Catamaran Boat Tour on Oahu suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 2-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Waikiki Sunset Cruise Catamaran Boat Tour on Oahu?
+
Around 7 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Oahu can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Oahu and add a light layer if any part of the 2-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Waikiki Sunset Cruise Catamaran Boat Tour on Oahu start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Oahu within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Oahu?
+
On Outty we rank every Oahu experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Oahu: Full or Half Day Grand Circle Island Tour, Oahu Small-Group Circle Island Tour with Turtle Snorkeling, Pearl Harbor Remembered Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Oahu?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Oahu?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
