Very expensive and they lie about the schedule of things to see.
I went with my partner, the organizer is a bit unpleasant and what's more, we only stayed on the road. We didn't see the banana plantations and we had to pay an extra 30€ for supposedly mandatory insurance. Otherwise the quads were fine and we were able to admire beautiful scenery In conclusion, expensive for not much
Response from the operator: Merci pour votre commentaire.

Not as it looks
Looks nothing like photos, we thought itll be cool ride through forest, or any sort of off road. Instead we literally drove main roads, and only spent like 10 minutes of road at the very end of ride. Not even saying that there vere few places where road signs would say max 40, and we did 56. Id rather take car and drive same roads.
Response from the operator: Many thanks for taking the time to leave a review and share your feedback with us. We’re sorry to hear that the experience did not fully meet your expectations. Please note that, for safety reasons, routes may occasionally need to change due to weather conditions, wind, or other environmental factors. These adjustments are sometimes necessary to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants. Our quad tours are designed to offer a fun and different way to explore the island and are intended as an alternative, adventurous way to reach and experience the Teide National Park. While some sections may be on main roads, the focus is on enjoying the ride itself and the unique scenery along the way. We appreciate your comments and will take them into consideration as we continue to review both our routes and how the experience is presented. Thank you again for your feedback.

Quad Trip
Prompt pickup and introduction by guide outside hotel. Informative conversation on way to Quad base. Excellent briefing about how to use the quads. Stunning scene en route to Teide viewpoint. As there were only 3 of us, we had a short break on way back at Tito's cafe.... lovely fries 😁 Small off-road course on way back to base. Dropped back close to hotel... Nice trip out in the hills. Cheers 👍🌞😎
Response from the operator: Many thanks for a great review. Our crew are amazing and we are so pleased you enjoyed the day.

Had a really good...
Had a really good experience only things is I’ve not received the photos that I paid for and not even a reply when messaging… tainted it for me so that’s why I’ve not given 5 stars
Response from the operator: Many thanks for your review. We have forwarded your message to the quad group. I will make sure you will receive them.

Fun and interesting experience!!
We had an amazing time riding up to see Mount Teide, our guide was very knowledgeable stopping every now and then to tell us about Tenerife’s history. We got lots of pictures and had a great lunch at the end of the trip. Thank you so much! :)
Response from the operator: Many thanks for a great review.

Why this scores 43
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Volcano Quad Trip in Tenerife: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Tenerife.
How much does Volcano Quad Trip in Tenerife cost?
+
Prices start at $165 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Tenerife usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Volcano Quad Trip in Tenerife take?
+
Plan for about 4 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Tenerife is not rushed.
Is Volcano Quad Trip in Tenerife worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 43 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.4/5 across 7 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Tenerife, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Volcano Quad Trip in Tenerife?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Volcano Quad Trip in Tenerife suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 4-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Volcano Quad Trip in Tenerife?
+
Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Tenerife can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Tenerife and add a light layer if any part of the 4-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Volcano Quad Trip in Tenerife start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Tenerife within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Tenerife?
+
On Outty we rank every Tenerife experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Whale watching & listening Eco-Catamaran Tour with Snacks &Drinks, Group Surfing Lesson at Playa de las Américas, Tenerife, 3-hour Whale and Dolphin Watching and Listening Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Tenerife?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Tenerife?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
