    Wrong day!

huge mistake on dates and I was woken up in US at midnight where to meet and told them I was there next week not today and they charged me anyway! Usually you get a notice a day ahead. I’m furious . Never again.

Response from the operator: Dear Catherine, We understand that receiving a call at midnight in your time zone was frustrating. However, your booking was made directly by you through GetYourGuide for the date and time shown on the reservation, rather than the following week. We do not select dates on behalf of customers: we receive their bookings and arrange the guide for the scheduled service. Your tour was organised according to the reservation we received. When you did not arrive at the meeting point, our team called to check whether you were coming, as the tour was due to depart. At that moment, we had no way of knowing that you were still in the United States or had intended to book a different day. The call was intended to assist you. We understand your disappointment, but the date discrepancy did not originate with our team. Kind regards, Martulli Viaggi

Fun and informative. A must for Alberobello!

Informative and interesting. It would be difficult to get this experience and understand and appreciate Alberobello without a guided tour like this one. Very personable guide.
