Don’t bother
I tried to reach out to Viator and there was absolutely no way to call somebody which is very disappointing. I reached the actual tour guide and he was in another part of France so he could not even come to give me the tour that I arranged months ago. At least Vito refunded me.

It appears there was a sync issue between Viator's booking system and my planning calendar — your reservation simply did not show up on my end, which is why I was not in the area that day. This kind of technical bug is deeply frustrating, as it penalized both of us. I want to reassure future travellers that my personal contact details are always included on the booking voucher — please don't hesitate to reach out directly if anything seems off before your tour.

First visit to Nice, France
Good information about the destination at the beginning of a stay. We had a private tour since there was no other guest. We had a little trouble meeting up with our guide because of the huge area at the meeting point. It would be better to state a specific spot to meet in a large square.
