WiFi to downlaod, offline...
WiFi to downlaod, offline for the game. It was a great way to visit parts of Vienna that were fun. Also, a good walk
Response from the operator: Thank you for your review! Glad to hear you enjoyed the walk and discovered fun parts of Vienna. And yes—once downloaded, the game works fully offline, making it easy to explore without worries.

Not great in a very busy city centre
This could be really fun however today it was not. Vienna is a really busy city and I found the time taken to read the clues and look for the answers led to doddering about in really busy touristy areas. It’s been really sunny (yay) but that meant the sun glinting off my phone screen made reading the clues more difficult. We gave up early on as the experience was not enjoyable for us today, however, I would definitely try this again elsewhere
Response from the operator: Thank you for your honest feedback, and we're sorry to hear the experience didn’t meet your expectations this time. We understand how a busy city and bright sun can affect gameplay. That said, we’re glad to hear you’re open to trying Questo again—many of our quests are in quieter areas or parks, and we’d love to help you find one better suited to your preferences. Feel free to reach out anytime at explore@questoapp.com.

Highly recommended for families.
We enjoyed the self guided tour. We found most of the puzzles easy and thr storey interesting and amusing. The buildings we saw were special sites across Vienna, some of which we would otherwise not have known about or visited.
Response from the operator: Thank you for your thoughtful review! We're glad you enjoyed the quest and had fun with the story and puzzles. It's wonderful to hear that the quest led you to discover some hidden gems around Vienna -exactly what we aim for. We hope to join you again on your next adventure!

See the sites at your own pace
Had a little bit of issue downloading the game but enjoyed once we got in. Nice to be able to see the sites at our own pace and my kids enjoyed finding the clues to move on to next location.
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your review! We're thrilled that you and your family enjoyed the experience once you got started, despite the initial download issue. It's great to hear that you appreciated exploring the sites at your own pace and that your kids had fun solving clues. Your feedback is valuable to us, and if you have any more insights or suggestions, please feel free to share them at care@questoapp.com. We're here to make every adventure memorable for you!

Why this scores 58
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Vienna: Freud, Mozart & Beethoven Exploration Game: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Vienna.
How much does Vienna: Freud, Mozart & Beethoven Exploration Game cost?
+
Prices start at $7 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Vienna usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Vienna: Freud, Mozart & Beethoven Exploration Game take?
+
Plan for about 1 hour from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Vienna is not rushed.
Is Vienna: Freud, Mozart & Beethoven Exploration Game worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 58 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.1/5 across 14 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Vienna, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Vienna: Freud, Mozart & Beethoven Exploration Game?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Vienna: Freud, Mozart & Beethoven Exploration Game suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 1-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Vienna: Freud, Mozart & Beethoven Exploration Game?
+
Around 5 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Vienna can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Vienna and add a light layer if any part of the 1-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Vienna: Freud, Mozart & Beethoven Exploration Game start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Vienna within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Vienna?
+
On Outty we rank every Vienna experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Authentic Vienna Food Tour inc. lunch, street food, 3 drinks, Vienna Food Tour: Coffeehouses, Markets, Lunch & Street Food, Budapest Small-Group Day Trip from Vienna. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Vienna?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Vienna?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
