- Minimum age use this Vibrosaun service is 16 years and above. Underage visiting needs to pay same price as adult and must be accompanied with paid adult. Minimum number required for this Vibrosaun service is two people.
- Each session of Vibrosaun is valid for two to three people at same time of session. Can be your own group or mixed group (shared). We also request that you are mindful of others in the therapy room, please maintain self-respect. A room divider can be used in the room to accommodate another Vibrosaun client if required.
- Not suitable for Pregnant Ladies, Having High-Grade Fever, Open Wound or Sepsis.
- If has underlying medical conditions should be on regular meds and vitals should be stable at the time of visit.

FRIGHTENING
The vibrosaun machines are not in good working order. I was afraid at times when the heat button wasn't working correctly. I would turn the heat to my desired temperature but it would return to 77 degrees which was frightening. We were the only customers at the time and the man left us there by ourselves unattended while he went shopping at target. We also experienced the salt cave as recommended after the vibrosaun. This appears to be a scam as you are led downstairs to a room with salt lamps and beds to lie on. We sat here and the only thing we felt was cold. No heat in the room. I was concerned about the ceiling as it appears to be very damp not sure if this is STRUCTURALY SAFE. When we decided to leave he tried to make us pay more as he said the deal on trip advisor did not cover the full price. We left without paying the extra but felt scared he might call the police. This experience made me extremely anxious and we ended our holiday early. We do not recommend visiting this place . We think the safety issues need to be addressed before anyone else visits.

As provider let me response to your feedback. You made booking for 4 September 2026 for two through Viator/TripAdvisor for both 3pm Vibrosaun and 4pm Salt Cave Halotherapy services. As part of special we do on Viator/TripAdvisor – clients gets discounted price for only one out of two advertised services and but if chose both services then need to pay NZ$30 per person for next session towards full price. To avoid any unseen issues you were contacted plus informed as you booked both services and as you mentioned plus agreed to pay NZ$60 on day of visit and after receiving info from you I created booking plus updated. Trust me only if I had any feeling that you were not client whom I could trust then I should had asked to pay before visited, but as you agreed verbally to pay plus taking your words as confirmation I think I did big mistake – we all learn from our mistake I suppose. On day of visit you both were briefed about service, plus advice way to use Vibrosaun and breathing technique for Salt Cave Halotherapy for best results. You both were also informed that Vibrosaun device need to be managed by client using from inside with controls to get way you want like temperature – vibration – position and for Salt Cave Halotherapy as its replication of natural cave will fee cold in spite you are wearing clothes needs to cover with towels. Please refer to our website for more details for each service we offer or on description on third party website Viator/TripAdvisor where you bought or all information of services you chose was send with booking confirmation - which I assume you must gone thorough before visiting. As you both had no questions I started Vibrosaun session for both and came to asked again after few minutes to see if both understood how to operate or had any questions – as you both were fine I left room and waited in reception doing my stuff. After Vibrosaun was completed I took both of you in Salt Cave for second session, briefed again plus taught some breathing technique, suggested to take towels as can be cold. When you both were going inside Salt Cave I asked your permission saying that I have to go across road maybe for 5-10 min before it gets closed at 4:30pm plus be back in reception or premises soon - as you both sounded happy plus allowed me to go plus as I did not have be inside Salt Cave while you both were having session I went quickly and came back quickly then stayed in reception or premises. After your both session in Salt Cave was over we talked about experience and you both were happy plus replied had good time. When we approached in reception then all of sudden your both tone and voice changed saying that money was deducted for both service and you both not going to pay additional NZD$60 as discussed. I calmly said that please listen to me what we discussed or agreed on day of booking and if you want we can call Viator/TripAdvisor Customer Care to discuss for more clarification, instead of talking in soft tone you both became loud and aggressive and you said if I wanted I could call police and discuss matter future. As I didn’t wanted to make fuss or argument I didn’t talk at all I just looked like stranger way you both were talking or behaved then you both quickly rush out and got inside car started and drive away. If I was really was person who is troublemaker as you have describe I could have called my neighbour who were operating next door had heard as you both were loud plus aggressive or called police which is less then km away or please be advised we have CCTV operating which can show record of that event. As I was shocked with sudden change of your both behaviour or tone plus you both rushed out plus took off in few seconds I did not say or do anything, just calmed down myself reassuring that it was my bad luck or day as I trusted what we agreed over phone. Please be advice if I really needed to make you both accountable for your action you both did on day as serious offence - at same time I could have called neighbour or police and to justify that could have shown CCTV recording who could go through all evidence and charged you both for your actions. I never mentioned to call police nor I called police as you have written, so its lie from you both here too. Please be advice as we operate business and per normal practice plus with health / safety / hygiene aspect we make sure devices works as per standard, place is clean and place of operation is safe. We have yearly membership coverage, insurance coverage, public liability coverage, ethics, health & safe work place requirement we can’t do as you have described for many reasons. As you could not follow instruction how to operate Vibrosaun plus never asked for assistance when I approached then can you suggest how I could help you further as you described. Same as I mentioned you both that Salt Cave Halotherapy is replication of natural cave will fee cold in spite you are wearing clothes needs to cover with towels, but if do not do as told then can you suggest how I could help you further as described. Please be advised I was loyal and honest, so I had informed you both that while you having session inside Salt Cave I will go across road for few minutes – in reality I do not need to say anything as I am not abandoning you but I was outside nearby just for few minutes, plus I am not conducting you in person session so why should I be inside Salt Cave when you having session. I hope my justification provides answer to your feedback, plus other to read truth for your actions/comments. My logic is simple “If you cannot do good to others, do not do bad”, I leave God to decide your actions and deeds, I believe in karma I hope it will action for your actions and deeds. Great experience and lovely staff
Amazing experience, great for my lower back pain. We were treated presently and given full instructions. It was good to have the controls to change the vibration level and temperature to suit me.

Nice relaxing Vibrosaun
A new experience, having a Vibrosaun, but very enjoyable and relaxing. The ability to adjust settings was very useful and Prashant was very helpful and knowledgeable. I will go again and look to use some of the other services on offer

Vibrosaun and Salt cave halotherapy
Myself and a friend used a GrabOne deal for two treatments. We started with the vibrosaun which was a new and interesting experience for us. It was hot in the sauna but not unbearable. Afterwards we went to the salt cave where we were the only ones. It was a great way to take some time out to rest and rejuvenate. Worth trying out whether by yourself or with a friend/partner.
