Great short adventure in Arrábida
I really enjoyed the Via Ferrata + Circuit Adventure in Arrábida. The course was fun and varied, challenging enough to get the adrenaline going but still very doable. The scenery was the highlight: climbing along the cliffs with views over the turquoise sea of the Arrábida coast is something special. Our guide was knowledgeable and friendly, explained everything clearly, and made us feel safe the whole way. A great way to see a different side of the area near Lisbon. Highly recommended!

Great Introduction to Via Ferrata!
My son and I tried via ferrata in Arrabida National Park for the first time. Rafael is a great instructor. He was very focused on safety and was genuinely interested in making sure everyone enjoyed the activity. He also shared interesting information about the area’s history and nature with us. The via ferrata was lots of fun and not too difficult for anyone in reasonable physical shape.

Via Ferrata with a terrific view
Our guide Miguel was very kind and very helpful in showing us the ropes (literally!). Another guide, Rafael, was also there and explained everything about the geology along the cliffside of Arrábida Park — you could tell he is truly passionate about the topic. Definitely a must-do activity if you're a fan of Via Ferratas; the view made it completely worth it.

Portugal Via Ferrata (Arrábida Natural Park)
This was our very first Via Ferrata. We both had a blast. Our guide Rafael was outstanding. He was knowledgeable and very friendly. He told us about the history and geological features in the region. We stopped for pictures along the way and also stopped frequently in the low areas to escape the sun. Would definitely recommend this guided tour to anyone seeking a bit of adventure.
