I like the way this tour...
I like the way this tour focused on Versailles. The hotel pick up & drop off was extremely convenient, wish more tours did that. Would recommend this tour for those splitting time amongst many sightseeing spots. If you are absolutely fascinated with Versailles, might want to tackle this on your own and be there all day.

Don’t waste your time.
Spent over 2 hours in traffic picking up other guests then driving only 20 minutes after getting out of the city to our destination. Driver said nothing to the group and 3 other drivers/motorbikes banged on his car since he was breaking the rules of the road. Other drivers should have picked up these guess since it was rush hour and too far away from our pick up point which was already 15 minutes from our hotel.
Response from the operator: Hello, Your review requires a factual correction: your pickup was at **8:30 a.m.**, and you arrived at Versailles at **10:05 a.m.** The journey therefore took **1 hour and 35 minutes not more than two hours**.(OUR GPS) Your meeting point was in central Paris. Even without additional pickups, reaching Versailles from this location can take between one hour and an hour and a half, depending on traffic. On October 8, student strike activity made travel particularly difficult. Nevertheless, we maintained your booking. **Our driver got you to Versailles in time for your tour**, with an admission time booked in advance. Versailles operates strict entry slots: arriving late can mean being refused admission and missing the visit. Despite the difficult conditions, you were able to take your tour. You also criticize the driver for not speaking to the group. His priority was to concentrate on driving and get you there on time. He has **25 years of driving experience in Paris**, which is particularly valuable in such conditions. You are entitled to express your dissatisfaction, but that does not put you in a position to dictate how we should organize our work. Your comments overlook both the realities of driving in Paris and the difficulties our drivers faced that day. We do not need to explain our vehicle assignments in detail here. Claiming that other drivers should have handled these pickups ignores those operational constraints and the outcome: **you arrived in time for your reserved admission**. Regarding the driving behavior you describe, we will review your comments with the driver. Difficult traffic conditions do not justify any violation of traffic rules.
