We were 5 rows back and it was a wonderful experience. Our tour guide (Pakistani) did a good job with f keeping our large group of 65 together.

Amazing Experience

We had a wonderful experience at the Papal general audience using this tour with our guide, Alishba. She was such a lovely person and cared so much about making sure the group had the best experience. Leave yourself ample time to arrive at the meeting spot. There is a small store selling religious items for purchase—a large variety to choose from. A small coffee shop opened right across the street for early morning coffee and pastries too. Once everyone was checked in, our guide quickly walked us to St. Peter's Square to line up for entrance. Here you will wait until it is time to go through security. Bring snacks, water, and sunscreen. You will be guided through security and to great front-row seats, but you're moving quickly as others are trying to swiftly move to get prime seats as well. Our tour guide was excellent at keeping us informed on the next steps, and we ultimately ended up in the front row. As we waited for the address by Pope Leo XIV, our guide was very informative, and the waiting time seemed tolerable because you are receiving so much knowledge. We are so happy with this experience. We were able to see and experience the beauty of St. Peter's Square and be so close to Pope Leo XIV. I will highly recommend this tour to family and friends.

Definitely not worth the money do it yourself

This was not a good experience and total waste of money! We had to wait extra time for someone to use restroom and it seemed like our guide was a last minute standin, no tour guide tee ( like other guides) and she was very late. No concern for growing line whatsoever! We should’ve just waited in line for ourselves. We actually left the tour while in line (she told others they should do the same) and we were able to get much better seats ourselves. The service was moved inside the Vatican and our tour guide had never been on a tour in the Vatican. We ended up having the best day on our own. Trust me, wait in line yourself, just go super early. Don’t believe the reviews that say other people are holding seats, they are not!

Great seats!!!

Got us second row! A must do experience to get one of the best seats in the house. Since it was moved inside due to the heat, the “tour” part was cut short as they do not allow headsets inside… so in hot months know that is a possibility. Also I would not book a second tour before 1:00pm.

Scam Tour Company

THIS TOUR IS A SCAM - DO NOT PURCHASE. I booked this tour because it advertised a small group experience with personal audio headphones for commentary throughout the morning. Not only was the group much larger than the advertised 30 (near 100 people), there were no audio guides and we were left to wait on our own for hours. Additionally, our guide had us one the wrong line and by the time they moved us to the correct line we were forced to the back of an already large crowd. Once we got through security, our guide left us to find seats on our own and there was no room for us near where she sat. We received none of what we payed for. I reached out to the company and they have not replied to any communication. We could have gone to the papal audience on our own and gotten better seats but we booked with this company for the expertise of the tour guides and for the audio commentary as we waited. None of what was advertised was provided. Overall terrible experience, this is a mass group scam. Do not waste your time or money- go by yourself and you will get better seats on your own and more information from a Wikipedia page than what these “tour guides” will ever provide.
