Ok tour of gardens but definitely worth seeing the Vatican
Overall it was a good way to see all these sights. When we turned up to the Touriststation office to get the tickets the lady told me that the tour for the basilica was full for the day and to come back tomorrow. Not happy as we paid for the ticket that included the Basilica. It was not explained properly that you had to book a time. I was sent a message saying I could go before my 10.30 am beginning but I wrote back and said we would have no time we would go after. Then I never heard back from anyone about reserving a time until we were at the office. The lady did compensate us to see the Michelangelo museum but we never made it as we were exhausted after the Vatican. She did tell us we could just walk on and go on our own but failed to mention we queue with everyone as our ticket was a skip the line. It turned out the line went quickly and only waited 15 minutes. So we made it in the Basilica which was what we wanted. We started with the open bus ride of the gardens. A lovely lady took us to the bus but she never came on. We were given headphones a driver and a security guard and off we went. No instructions from them as to plug in and change the channel to hear the audio , we only realised after the first stop. Thought it was rather strange it was not mentioned. We were told the gardens were stunning and yes they were nice but I would pass on the bus tour it was just ok and of its not hot walk the gardens. Better views than the bus. The door was open and we were up front and the glass door was dirty so while everyone else had no windows because the door was open we were right in front of a dirty window which made taking photos difficult. The museums are full of artifacts and goes on for miles. The ceilings of the rooms and corridors are stunning and definitely worth a look. The Sistine chapel is something to behold. Once you start with the museums you cannot go back you have to walk all the way through until the chapel and keep going through four gift shops before you hit the exit. Be prepared for crowds and lots of walking. St Peter’s Square is incredible and worth the walk after to have a look. There are many different ways to visit the Vatican so do your research first.

Great experience
We had an amazing experience visiting the Vatican Gardens, Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel. Everything was well organised and went smoothly from start to finish. The Vatican Gardens were absolutely beautiful, offering a peaceful and unique perspective of Vatican City. Skipping the lines at the Vatican Museums made the experience even more enjoyable. Absolutely recommend this tour!

The tour of the gardens...
The tour of the gardens is very short and if you have difficulties with the audio device it is not informative. We were at the Vatican on a day that was very crowed so hard to evaluate on what would be a normal day. Off course the museum is stunning but with so many people it was not enjoyable.
