Vardzia and cooking class is a must see!!
An amazing experience and honestly amazed how much was fit in a day start and back in Tbilisi. Rabati castle is a great start but the cooking in rural southern Georgia and Vardzia are absolute must sees and very hard without an amazing tour like this :)

Very enthusiastically recommend Irakli as a guide!
Irakli has been absolutely incredible with my very large group of 17 students from the USA. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. He came up with places to add to my existing itinerary, he took some of my students for very exciting hikes, he talked and played with my two little kids, he played chess and backgammon and practiced Russian with some of my students. He shared his perspective on Georgia and its history and it was always insightful. He is humble and thoughtful. He knows what restaurants to take us to and what spots to stop at for best pictures. Everything you want in a guide!
