    Wonderful experience

We had a wonderful experience with Nomad Unlimited Adventures on our 7-day Mighty 5 tour. The itinerary was well planned and engaging, giving us an excellent overview of Utah's national parks and the incredible landscapes of the Southwest. From our very first interaction with the customer service team, communication was clear, helpful, and responsive. Before the tour, they patiently answered all of our questions and provided useful packing tips, which helped us feel well prepared for the trip. Our guide, Larry, was fantastic throughout the entire journey. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying the experience. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, the route was incredibly scenic, and the whole trip ran smoothly from start to finish. Highly recommend this tour. One of the best trips we've ever taken!

    A wonderful week in Utah

The Utah Mighty Five tour was everything we hoped for and more. Each of the national parks are different and beautiful in their own way. We also were able to see a few of the state parks as well. Our favorite park experience was the sunrise at Arches, even though it meant getting up really early. Also, a must-do if you go is an add-on excursion to Antelope Canyon. It is beyond description! We were lucky enough to have a tour with just us and the tour guide. Kenny, our guide, did it all! He was the driver, photographer, guide and more. He was personable, accomodating to our needs, flexible, knowledgeable on many subjects and able to answer most all of our questions. We couldn't ask for more. Since it was just the two of us and Kenny, we didn't need a big van. Our only disappointment is that the SUV that we had was relatively small and by the time we got his luggage and ours loaded in, there wasn't a lot of room. Other than that, the tour couldn't have been better.

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your kind review, Lee! We're so glad to hear that you loved our tour, and we hope to travel with you again.

    The Utah Mighty Five...

The Utah Mighty Five itinerary was so rich that we had enjoyed so much during the 7-day trip. The tour guide/driver was knowledgeable, courteous, and accommodating that made our travel even more enjoyable. This is my 3rd time using Viator and I am totally satisfied with their touring services.

    Exploring The Utah 5

Each National park was unique and beautiful The Arches is a must see .The Goblin Valley transforms you to another word. The lower Antelope canyon was enchanting! Going to the Grand staircase escalate could have been one of a kind if “the wave “ was more accessible to the public . With out the guarantee of “ The Wave “ I would remove it out of the schedule and add that day to explore more of Zion National park instead. Our time exploring Zion National Park was very limited . You must go there earlier in order to secure your parking , I suggest Bryce and Zion should be explored separately at least 1 full day for Bryce so you can hike at least a minimum 4 to 6 hours around the area and 2 days for Zion National Park. Some people like me are not very interested in the prehistoric museum, that can be another time added for bigger areas to explore like the Arches .The Arches is amazing! But you need more time there. The only reason why I gave it a three star because there is a lot to see out there but time was limited at Zion National park and I haven’t seen what I wanted at the grand staircase Escalante. I only discovered that In order to have a better chance of winning the lottery to enter “ The Wave” is for each person to participate in the lottery. To SEE and to LEARN about each place was the goal but I partially learned something about it. I guess that’s when google comes in to play.

Response from the operator: In regards to your disappointment and frustration with us, we do hope you can accept our apology. It is our goal to offer top-notch service not only through our tour and transportation services but also through our internal operations and controls. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.

Utah Mighty 5 National Parks: Small Group 7-Day Tour: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Salt Lake City.

How much does Utah Mighty 5 National Parks: Small Group 7-Day Tour cost?

    +

Prices start at $3445 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Salt Lake City usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Utah Mighty 5 National Parks: Small Group 7-Day Tour take?

    +

Plan for about 168 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Salt Lake City is not rushed.

Is Utah Mighty 5 National Parks: Small Group 7-Day Tour worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 54 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.8/5 across 8 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable culture & history in Salt Lake City, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Utah Mighty 5 National Parks: Small Group 7-Day Tour?

    +

No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.

Is Utah Mighty 5 National Parks: Small Group 7-Day Tour suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 168-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Utah Mighty 5 National Parks: Small Group 7-Day Tour?

    +

Around 3 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Salt Lake City can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Salt Lake City and add a light layer if any part of the 168-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Utah Mighty 5 National Parks: Small Group 7-Day Tour start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Salt Lake City within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Salt Lake City?

    +

Salt Lake City is a basecamp: Big and Little Cottonwood canyon hikes and ski shuttles, Antelope Island and Great Salt Lake trips, Park City transfers and Temple Square walking tours. Winter transfer reliability is the single biggest quality signal here. On Outty we rank every Salt Lake City experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Salt Lake City Guided Bus Tour, Tabernacle Choir at Temple Square & Salt Lake City Bus Tour, Great Salt Lake Safari - Discover Antelope Island. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Salt Lake City?

    +

December to March for skiing, June to September for canyon hiking. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Salt Lake City?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
