Descent cruise.
The ship is fancy, the staff is classy. Only thing: try not to reg for the last tour. Book for pre last. And the auto audio guide is late for few hundred meters. We had to look back to understand what's he saying about.

Disappointing
We booked this as a presecco cruise, but all we received was a welcome glass. Due to the fact my wife couldn't manage the very steep ladder to get to the top our party were the only ones downstairs, but didn't see a member of staff throughout the cruise. This was very disappointing and a total waste of money. It was also disappointing that we never got to see parliament lite up as it went there first.

Had you contacted us before your visit about your wife’s difficulty with stairs, we could have explained the stair arrangements on our different vessels and helped move your booking to a boat with less steep stairs. For illuminated views of Budapest, please choose a departure that takes place fully after dark. A daylight departure cannot guarantee nighttime views. Very fun and exactly as promised. Plentiful drinks, fun music and unbeatable beauty. Definitely get there early for a seat outside and go after dark. The lit up buildings are amazing.

We truly enjoyed our nighttime river cruise in Budapest. The views were amazing! The spritz drinks were too sweet so we switched to sparkling wine.

Highly recommend
We had the best time on this romantic river cruise. The staff and the drinks were amazing and the view was even better. And the best part was we had a delay in our transportation, and were unable to make it to our reserved time slot. And when I messaged the company. They were so kind. They just rescheduled us to get on the next boat that evening. It was perfect. Highly recommend
