    Okay but expensive

It was a good day out but so expensive now, especially with new shareholders such a shame. We had a good day out but felt a bit let down with lack of magic this place used to have

    Amazing place.

We are from the UK. We absolutely love it at Universal Studios, Island of Adventure, city walk and Volcano Bay. This is our 4th time visiting these amazing places. Every time we visit we are never disappointed. Everyone is so friendly. Please please consider opening up a new water park! I love Volcano Bay 🌋

Came in on a busy Friday lunch. Line at the kiosk was longer than usual but moved quickly. Food came out in about 20 minutes. Both the steamed Hainanese chicken and the iced Thai tea were as good as any other visit.

    All in all disappointing

Universal Orlando Theme Park felt dated. The rides hardly last a few minutes before they are over. We had two slices of pizza, a salad and a soda at the the Italian restaurant in the park. It was over $40 and no refills on the soda. The only really cool thing at the park was the Bourne Stuntastic. The action was great. There really wasn’t a lot to do there.

Response from the operator: Hello David, while I'm glad you enjoyed The Bourne Stuntacular, I'm truly sorry to see your disappointment with our rides and dining options. I'll ensure your feedback is shared with our leadership teams and would love the opportunity to discuss your visit in greater detail, seeing where you feel we can improve. When you're available, please reach out to Guest Services at 407-224-4233, option 5, or GuestServices@UniversalOrlando.com, referencing your review and username. I greatly appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback with us. I look forward to hearing from you! -Chrisy

    Universal? More like UniverPOORsal!

What a day, let me tell you that. What a day. First, we get to the park. I'm with my family (ten kids, all ages 5 to 15, my three sisters, and two brothers), when all of a sudden they ask to see our tickets. I pull out my phone so they can scan the tickets for each of my kids. Then it was my siblings' turn to scan their tickets and it turns out they never BOUGHT tickets in the first place. How this came up just now is beyond me. I yelled at the 17 year old girl who was working, because OBVIOUSLY this was all HER fault. Maybe if their stupid website wasn't so glitchy and laggy all the time, my family would have an easier time buying tickets. She claimed that we should've double checked to make sure we had the tickets but I did NOT care what she had to say. My siblings couldn't get in, but I still wanted my kids to enjoy the park so I left my brothers and sisters $20 each and told them to go buy themselves a treat somewhere in Orlando. They're all in the 18 to 20 age range, and Orlando isn't a very big town, so they would be fine (REMEMBER THAT FACT FOR LATER). We enter into the park and the first thing that happens OF COURSE is that my pair of twins, Peighton and Braxleigh somehow get their hands on peanut butter ice cream, or something with peanuts in it, I don't really know. They are allergic to peanuts, and once I find the person who gave them that peanut item, they will be speaking to my LAWYER. The twins who are 5 and a half start to cry (they are always over dramatic) and they whine that their "throats are closing up" and "they can't breathe" their skin was a little red, but I'm sure they were fine. I had dealt with enough, so I ignored them and gave them each $20 dollars and told them to buy themselves something special from the park. I was looking forward to going on the rides with the rest of my eight kids. I was on my phone waiting in line for the Harry Potter Bird Griffin roller coaster ride when I looked up and realize that my kids are nowhere to be seen. I yelled for the nearest staff member. A 60 something year old man came over and asked me what was wrong (which by the way, he was not enthusiastic at all, and wasn't really bringing the "magical cheer" that staff members should. I ask him where my kids went and he looked at my like I was dumb and said: "I'm not sure do you need help looking for them?" HELLO!? DO PEOPLE THINK I'M SO INCOMPETENT THAT I CAN'T FIND MY OWN KIDS. THIS WAS ALL HIS FAULT ANYWAY FOR NOT WATCHING MY KIDS!!!!!! I later found five of my kids shivering in a corner in the Dr. Seuss world. not sure where the other four went off to, but they're probably fine. Anyway, to sum the rest of the trip up: It was a disaster. But I guess at least all nine of my kids survived the experience. Universal you have got to do a better job at customer service and ensuring the customer is always right policy.

Response from the operator: Hello Scooter, I'm truly sorry to see your disappointment with your visit, and I'm particularly disheartened to see the interactions you described with our Team Members. I'd like the chance to speak with you a bit further about your visit and invite you to please reach out to Guest Services at your earliest convenience. Universal Orlando 1 Park Per Day PROMO Tickets - USA / Canada Residents: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Orlando.

How much does Universal Orlando 1 Park Per Day PROMO Tickets - USA / Canada Residents cost?

    +

Prices start at $320 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Orlando usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Universal Orlando 1 Park Per Day PROMO Tickets - USA / Canada Residents take?

    +

Plan for about 24 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Orlando is not rushed.

Is Universal Orlando 1 Park Per Day PROMO Tickets - USA / Canada Residents worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 50 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.5/5 across 98 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Orlando, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Universal Orlando 1 Park Per Day PROMO Tickets - USA / Canada Residents?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Universal Orlando 1 Park Per Day PROMO Tickets - USA / Canada Residents suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 24-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Universal Orlando 1 Park Per Day PROMO Tickets - USA / Canada Residents?

    +

Around 34 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Orlando can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Orlando and add a light layer if any part of the 24-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Universal Orlando 1 Park Per Day PROMO Tickets - USA / Canada Residents start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Orlando within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Orlando?

    +

Orlando is a park town with a wetland wrapped around it. Multi-day theme park tickets and skip-ahead passes dominate, but the highest-satisfaction days are often the ones nobody plans: airboat runs on the St. Johns, manatee swims at Crystal River, and Kennedy Space Center on a launch day. We rank on wait-time value and how honestly an operator describes what is included. On Outty we rank every Orlando experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include The Escape Game Orlando: Epic 60-Minute Adventures on I-Drive, Kennedy Space Center with Transport from Orlando and Kissimmee, 2 HR Interactive Walking Ghost Tour in Downtown Orlando. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Orlando?

    +

January to April, before the humidity and the afternoon thunderstorms settle in. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Orlando?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.

What is included in Universal Orlando 1 Park Per Day PROMO Tickets - USA / Canada Residents?

    +

    +

Is Universal Orlando 1 Park Per Day PROMO Tickets - USA / Canada Residents wheelchair or stroller accessible?

    +

If accessibility is critical, contact the operator after booking to confirm arrangements for your date.
