A place worth visiting 😀
Amazing experience with the family. Did park to park one day. Lovely staff. Always smiling and happy to help.

Not Eager to Return
I want to like Universal, but I do not see the value for the money. With the exception of Stardust Racers, the rides at Epic are not impressive. The staff at both Epic and Universal/Islands of Adventure are generally rude and impose random rules everywhere you turn. I will spend my money elsewhere.
Response from the operator: Hi Karen, We appreciate you sharing this feedback. I'm very sorry to hear that your visit did not meet your full expectations due to the attractions, and I will be sure to pass your feedback along. I am also concerned to hear about your interactions with our Team Members, and would like to learn more about this in order to pass along as much detail as possible to the proper teams. At your earliest convenience, please contact our Guest Services Department at 407-224-4233, or via email at GuestServices@universalorlando.com. When contacting, please provide your review username. Thank you, Karen, and we look forward to hearing from you. - Emily

Buy tickets in UK
Buy your tickets whilst in Uk it is cheaper. We bought 14 day tickets for all universal and Disney parks, inc water parks and visited all. Universal where more modern but Disney has magic, especially for younger children and nostalgics, Some of the new rides, Hagrids, Gringots, Avatar and the Rollercoasters are fantastic and take ride experiences to a new level and I'm a 72 year old Grandad!
Response from the operator: Hi Robert. Thank you for your review. I am happy you enjoyed the attractions during your visit to Universal Orlando Resort, and we hope to see you return from the United Kingdom soon! I recommend checking out our food offerings during your next visit! TODAY Cafe is one of my favorites! -Barbara

Why this scores 66
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Universal Orlando Park-to-Park PROMO Tickets - USA / Canada Residents: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Orlando.
How much does Universal Orlando Park-to-Park PROMO Tickets - USA / Canada Residents cost?
+
Prices start at $374 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Orlando usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Universal Orlando Park-to-Park PROMO Tickets - USA / Canada Residents take?
+
Plan for about 24 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Orlando is not rushed.
Is Universal Orlando Park-to-Park PROMO Tickets - USA / Canada Residents worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 66 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.2/5 across 236 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Orlando, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Universal Orlando Park-to-Park PROMO Tickets - USA / Canada Residents?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Universal Orlando Park-to-Park PROMO Tickets - USA / Canada Residents suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 24-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Universal Orlando Park-to-Park PROMO Tickets - USA / Canada Residents?
+
Around 83 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Orlando can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Orlando and add a light layer if any part of the 24-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Universal Orlando Park-to-Park PROMO Tickets - USA / Canada Residents start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Orlando within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Orlando?
+
Orlando is a park town with a wetland wrapped around it. Multi-day theme park tickets and skip-ahead passes dominate, but the highest-satisfaction days are often the ones nobody plans: airboat runs on the St. Johns, manatee swims at Crystal River, and Kennedy Space Center on a launch day. We rank on wait-time value and how honestly an operator describes what is included. On Outty we rank every Orlando experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include The Escape Game Orlando: Epic 60-Minute Adventures on I-Drive, Kennedy Space Center with Transport from Orlando and Kissimmee, Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Orlando?
+
January to April, before the humidity and the afternoon thunderstorms settle in. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Orlando?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
