What a Night! Tapas, Laughs, and Hidden Gems in Granada

We all knew tapas came free in Granada (amazing, right?), but what we didn't know was the history behind it—and all the cool little stories and secrets hidden in the city’s streets. This tour gave us that and took it to the next level! We hit up four absolutely gorgeous bars—seriously, total hidden gems we’d never have found on our own. Each place had its own vibe, and the tapas? Next level. Super tasty and really high quality. Now, I usually just go for a beer or a glass of wine, but our guide (who was super friendly and really knew her stuff) made drink suggestions that blew our minds—vermouth, manzanilla, cava... who even knew what to pair with what? But it totally worked! I’m officially converted. The best part? The group was small, so it felt relaxed and personal. Our guide took time to chat with everyone, find out what we liked, and share loads of fun facts. If you're in Granada and want a fun, delicious intro to the city and its tapas culture—this tour’s a must. We came away full, happy, and way more confident about going out and ordering like locals for the rest of the weekend. What a brilliant way to kick things off!

Response from the operator: I am so glad you enjoyed the tour what a beautiful review thank you !

Tapas, Tradition, and Hidden Gems – A Must-Do in Granada!

What an amazing experience. We all know tapas is free in Granada yes! BUT I didn´t know the history behind it or the tiny details and insights into the city - this tour gave me all of that and more. The 4 bars we went to were beautiful and I don´t believe I would have discovered them without this tour - real hidden gems! The tapas was really tasty and of a high quality. Drinks wise I would normally order a beer or a wine, but the tour guide´s suggestions on which drink to take with each tapa - wine, vermouth, manzanilla, cava - was incredible - things I woud probably never have asked for myself, but now I definitley will! The guide was really friendly and knowledgeable, and as the groups are small enough she was able to spend time sharing her insights and getting to know what you like and don´t like. I would really reecommend this tour to anybody who wants to get to know Granada and its tapas cultre. It was a really fun experience and gave me the confidence to go out and order all sorts of things in Granada´s tapas bars afterwards. A great start to our weekend.

Response from the operator: Thank you for such a beautiful review Lisa I am so glad you enjoyed the tour and I hope to see you again in Granada one day

Unique Food and Drink Tour Granada: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Granada.

How much does Unique Food and Drink Tour Granada cost?

    +

Prices start at $64 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Granada usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Unique Food and Drink Tour Granada take?

    +

Plan for about 3 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Granada is not rushed.

Is Unique Food and Drink Tour Granada worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 55 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 2 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Granada, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Unique Food and Drink Tour Granada?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Unique Food and Drink Tour Granada suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 3-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Unique Food and Drink Tour Granada?

    +

Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Granada can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Granada and add a light layer if any part of the 3-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Unique Food and Drink Tour Granada start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Granada within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Granada?

    +

On Outty we rank every Granada experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include From Granada: Sierra Nevada Safari tour up to 2500 meters high, Granada Tapas and Wine Small Group Tour, Granada: Albaicin and Sacromonte Segway Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Granada?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Granada?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
