We wanted to hit all the key highlights in a one day guided trip and this tour was the ticket. Pickup was easy and even ahead of our scheduled time. Leroy was our guide. He was extremely knowledgeable, flexible and consistently was checking in with us to see if we wanted any adjustments to the schedule. We saw everything we wanted and then some!

Excellent Private Tour of the Golden Circle.
We only had a 9-hour port stop to see as much as we could in Reykjavik and Saevar did an amazing job of customizing our tour and meeting all of our requests. He was always quick to respond when booking and planning the tour. On our day in port he kept us ahead of the big buses so we could enjoy the major sites without too many crowds, but best of all he has a wealth of knowledge about Iceland and Reykjavík which he shared with us and which enhanced our experience. The vehicle he provided was spacious and comfortable for our family of 8 and he kept us entertained with his Icelandic humor. If you only have one day book with Saevar!

Great experience. Our guide Saevar was the best. Lots of knowledge, good information and took us to some great places. Adjusted the trip to see some cool places off the beaten path. Recommendations for restaurants was spot on.

I got Unreal Iceland's contact through Thor of Salty Tours. Within hours of reaching out, I received a professional and friendly reply from Sævar with answers to all of my questions. From that point on I knew I was in capable hands, and the trip did not disappoint! For my family and I (7 people in total, ages 6 to 74), Sævar customized and curated several trips that included airport pick-up (plus Golden Circle tour), a Reykjavik city tour, and a cruise terminal pick-up/airport drop off (plus half day Reykjanes tour). Sævar also helped me coordinate tours along our various cruise stops (but honestly his tours were the best). In addition to the many amazing sights, we also made stops at Papas (a memorable local restaurant with most delicious fish & chips), Sævar's favorite coffee shop, and a bakery with the best ever cinnamon rolls! Sævar's knowledge of Iceland is so extensive, there were no questions unanswered (and we had tons!) As a photographer with a keen eye, Sævar took us to the most scenic spots and showed us the natural beauty that is Iceland. We felt at ease, safe, and completely taken care of by Sævar, and we can't thank him enough for such a wonderful experience -- except we can, by returning to Iceland for one of his Norther Light expeditions! I truly recommend Sævar and his company for your Iceland adventures!
