Thus, Lemosho is highly recommended. The route approaches Mount Kilimanjaro from the west, beginning with a long drive from Moshi to Londorossi Gate. From there, the first two days are spent trekking through the rain forest to Shira Ridge. The Lemosho route crosses the entire Shira Plateau from west to east in a pleasant, relatively flat hike. Crowds are low until the route joins the Machame route near Lava Tower.

Kilimanjaro Climbing Adventure on Lemosho Route
I completed the 8 days Lemosho Route hike up Mount Kilimanjaro with a group of three, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. Everything was perfectly organized by Rede Tours and Safaris, who handled all the logistics were perfect. A special shoutout to Nalisis, who was incredibly helpful and kind throughout the entire process. Our guide, Prudence, along with the whole team, showed outstanding professionalism, support, and teamwork that made our successful summit possible. The crew was attentive, encouraging, and always made sure we were comfortable and well prepared each day. Their cooperation and positive attitude truly made a difference during the climb. One of the most incredible experiences of my life:)
The People in this Company made this experience be one of the best I have ever had in my life! From the excellent guide (knowledgeable and very experienced), to the Brave porters, to the always caring and prompt staff on the office, they made this adventure feel that it was safe and that I was going to be in good hands at all times! I felt taken cared of every step of the way! The people are very transparent in what comes to all aspects of this service. The tent and the food were way much more what I needed to be able to reach the summit! The porters, carrying all of the these utensils through these very difficult treks just make the whole experience much more humbling. I'm incredible grateful to this Company for helping me make one of my greatest dreams become true!
