We had a wonderful time...

We had a wonderful time at Blue Mountains today. The scenery was beautiful, our guide, Ronnie, made it truly unforgettable. She was entertaining, and went above and beyond for everyone. I highly recommend booking a tour with for our future trip.

Disappointed…

We are a family of five who joined the Ultimate Blue Mountain Day Tour by Wine Hop and Coastal Tours Pty Ltd, booked through Klook, on May 29, 2026. We were excited and full of enthusiasm for this adventure, but unfortunately, the experience started off poorly. The operator instructed us to be at the pickup point — 6:40 AM outside Hilton Sydney, 255 Pitt Street entrance — and emphasized that “this is a public tour, the bus cannot wait, so please ensure you are at your pickup location 5 minutes prior to departure.” We arrived promptly at 6:30 AM, yet the bus did not arrive until 7:00 AM. During that half-hour wait, we were left anxious, wondering if we were at the wrong location or if the tour had been canceled, as there was no notification about the delay. When we were finally picked up, I raised the issue with our guide and driver, “RONNIE”. She explained that she had a different timetable than the one sent to us by the operator, but her response came across as irritated rather than understanding. This created tension right from the start. Still, we decided to move on, lift our spirits, and enjoy the day. Ronnie was knowledgeable and drove safely, but her guiding style left us uneasy. She often rushed us, especially at Scenic World, which made the experience feel more like a race than a leisurely tour. The constant pressure detracted from our enjoyment and created a lingering sense of discomfort throughout the day. That said, the weather was on our side — sunny, clear skies, and pleasantly cool. The sights were undeniably beautiful: Echo Point Lookout was breathtaking, Katoomba Cascades was stunning, Scenic World had great potential if it weren’t rushed, lunch in Leura was enjoyable (and came with a surprise free drink), the town of Leura was cozy and charming, Cahill’s Lookout was impressive, Sydney Zoo was good, and the ferry ride back to Sydney was decent. We share this not out of spite, but as an honest account of our experience. In summary, the tour could have been far better. The operator should be more professional in setting pickup times and provide real-time updates to guests. Ronnie, while competent, could benefit from being more humble and making guests feel welcome rather than hurried. Above all, a tour should be enjoyable, not feel like a chore or a race. Compared to another Blue Mountain tour we took two years ago with a different company, this one fell short in terms of enjoyment, satisfaction, guide quality, and overall service. We sincerely hope the company can improve in the future.

Great day in the Blue Mountains and Sydney

Great time with great guide.

The tour was phenomenal. If you can get the tour guide Ronnie it will be a blast. She added some great fun and knowledge along the way. Even though the weather was not great she kept us informed and helped us enjoy everything. The Blue Mountain area is gorgeous, the Zoo was great, and the ferry ride was a great way to end the day. We booked the lunch with the tour and the small place we ate at, named Freudian Sip was great. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Ultimate All Inclusive Blue Mountains with Scenic World Tour: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Sydney.

How much does Ultimate All Inclusive Blue Mountains with Scenic World Tour cost?

+

Prices start at $235 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Sydney usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Ultimate All Inclusive Blue Mountains with Scenic World Tour take?

+

Plan for about 11 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Sydney is not rushed.

Is Ultimate All Inclusive Blue Mountains with Scenic World Tour worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 76 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.8/5 across 52 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Sydney, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Ultimate All Inclusive Blue Mountains with Scenic World Tour?

+

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Ultimate All Inclusive Blue Mountains with Scenic World Tour suitable for kids and families?

+

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 11-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Ultimate All Inclusive Blue Mountains with Scenic World Tour?

+

Around 18 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Sydney can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Sydney and add a light layer if any part of the 11-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Ultimate All Inclusive Blue Mountains with Scenic World Tour start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Sydney within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Sydney?

+

On Outty we rank every Sydney experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include WILD Wombat and Kangaroo Day Tour, All Inclusive, Depart Syd: Blue Mountains Best All Inclusive with Local Guide, Blue Mountain Small Group Tour All Inclusive. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Sydney?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Sydney?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
