Ubud highlights with Gus!
Would highly recommend our guide, Gus Kumara, who was timely, well spoken, and knowledgeable. He took us to some of the best waterfalls, temples, and rice terraces Bali has to offer, and a well-rated restaurant with amazing food and service! And I cannot end this review without mentioning the effort Gus put into getting amazing photos for us! Would absolutely do Bali tours with Gus again!

Best Ubud Tour hands down!
We had a great time with Gus! Private AC van tour with a knowledgeable and friendly tour guide. He gave us lots of history of Bali and the iconic places we visited - wood carving gallery/shop, monkey temple forest, sacred temple, rice terraces and waterfall. Our highlight was a stop at a local coffee farm where we learnt about different fruits and coffee, as well as tried a variety of coffee and teas + the famous luwak coffee. Gus had a great recommendation for a Balinese resto stop that served delicious local dishes. We bought some cute wood carvings for gifts and some ginseng coffee to drink back home. 10/10 experience! Very safe and relaxing drive :)

Great tour, great guide
We had a great tour with Kadek. He was incredibly kind and flexible, and we learned so much about the local culture from him. Highly recommended, thank you again!

Deep Immersion Tour
One of the best experiences we have ever had. Our guide, Gus, is an Ubud native and provided exceptionally detailed insights on every place we visited. For a little over USD 100, we had a private all-day tour that included not only the advertised locations, but a stop at a wonderful restaurant overlooking the rain forest and a visit to a coffee plantation where we sampled a wonderful collection of coffees and teas. At the end of the tour, we felt that we had a deeper understanding of life in Bali and the Hindu religion. Strongly recommend this tour

Wonderful day spent with Kadek in Ubud.
Kadek was a great guide and driver. He is very friendly, attentive and easy going. Everything went smoothly and we told him what we wanted to see and what not. He picked us up on time with a great smile ready to show us around Ubud. Him being local, we were able to ask him many questions and we learned so much about how Balineses live and their culture. He happily took us in an efficient way and at our own pace to many sights for eight hours and was suggesting more, but we were tired and ready to go back to our cruise ship to relax. We highly recommend having Kadek as your guide in Bali.
Response from the operator: Dear Monica, On behalf of Bali Mandala Tours we would like to thank you so much for the best review. We had a great opportunity to be your partner in Bali, hopefully we could meet again in some point Best regards Made

Ubud Tour With Monkey Forest, Rice Terrace, Waterfall, Temple: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Ubud.
How much does Ubud Tour With Monkey Forest, Rice Terrace, Waterfall, Temple cost?
+
Prices start at $470684 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Ubud usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Ubud Tour With Monkey Forest, Rice Terrace, Waterfall, Temple take?
+
Plan for about 8 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Ubud is not rushed.
Is Ubud Tour With Monkey Forest, Rice Terrace, Waterfall, Temple worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 71 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 82 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Ubud, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Ubud Tour With Monkey Forest, Rice Terrace, Waterfall, Temple?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Ubud Tour With Monkey Forest, Rice Terrace, Waterfall, Temple suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 8-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Ubud Tour With Monkey Forest, Rice Terrace, Waterfall, Temple?
+
Around 29 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Ubud can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Ubud and add a light layer if any part of the 8-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Ubud Tour With Monkey Forest, Rice Terrace, Waterfall, Temple start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Ubud within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Ubud?
+
On Outty we rank every Ubud experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Mount Batur Jeep Adventure, Best of Ubud Full-Day Tour with Jungle Swing, Full-Day Tour to Water Temples and UNESCO Rice Terraces in Bali. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Ubud?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Ubud?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
