    NOT as advertised!

This tour was NOT as advertised. It was supposed to be a two hour tour of Prague Castle. While I understand the time to get to the Castle was part of the tour, I don't feel that stopping for drinks and the bathroom was necessary on a two hour tour. Apparently I was put with a group that had booked for a much longer tour. At the two hour mark, we had just reached the Castle grounds. I had booked a two hour tour so it was disappointing that we didn't even see the Castle on the tour. I was allowed to continue on the tour but I had made other plans based on the advertised two hour time. I reached out to the operator of the tour and they basically stated that I received what I paid for but I disagree 100%. We didn't even see the Castle and I should have been assigned to a group that had the objective of the tour that I signed up for. I would absolutely discourage people from signing up for this tour because it is not as advertised. Although the tour guide was knowledgeable (which is why I gave it three stars), the tour was disappointing and the tour operator is wrong to advertise it like they do if they don't take into consideration the two hour time.

Response from the operator: Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear the tour did not meet your expectations regarding the timing and itinerary. We appreciate your comments and will share them with our team for review. Fun in Prague team

    Surprisingly, you see...

Surprisingly, you see only exteriors of some of the buildings of the palace. But, Buma gave a great explanation of why. She is an excellent guide who is knowledgeable and keeps your interest. She is also careful to ensure that no one from the group gets left behind. I would recommend this tour and Buma.

Response from the operator: Thank you for your lovely review! We’re so happy to hear you enjoyed the tour with Buma and appreciated her knowledge, explanations, and attentive care for the group. It’s great that you found the experience engaging and informative, and we truly appreciate your recommendation! Fun in Prague team

    They never showed up and...

They never showed up and refuse to refund me their horrible how can they get away with this it’s a shame

Response from the operator: Thank you for you feedback, but I have to disagree, your statement that we never showed up is not based on the truth. I know this as our guide Ross, was present at the correct meeting point at correct time and we know this because there were other clients booked and they just rated the tour (5 star). Are you sure that you were at the right spot? Fun in Prague Team

Two-Hour Morning Walking Tour of Prague Castle: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Prague.

How much does Two-Hour Morning Walking Tour of Prague Castle cost?

    +

Prices start at $17 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Prague usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Two-Hour Morning Walking Tour of Prague Castle take?

    +

Plan for about 2 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Prague is not rushed.

Is Two-Hour Morning Walking Tour of Prague Castle worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 63 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.4/5 across 34 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Prague, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Two-Hour Morning Walking Tour of Prague Castle?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Two-Hour Morning Walking Tour of Prague Castle suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 2-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Two-Hour Morning Walking Tour of Prague Castle?

    +

Around 12 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Prague can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Prague and add a light layer if any part of the 2-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Two-Hour Morning Walking Tour of Prague Castle start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Prague within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Prague?

    +

On Outty we rank every Prague experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Best Reviews: Bohemian & Saxon Switzerland Day Trip From Prague, Bohemian & Saxon Switzerland From Prague-Travelers' Choice 2026, 3-hour Complete Prague Bike Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Prague?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Prague?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
