Decent but not what was promised

The zip lining was great! The reservation said we would ride ATV for 45 minutes but it was more like 25 minutes. We were told that we would get Mexican food but they ran out of meat and only gave us cheese empanadas. We were told that the pictures would be $20 USD, but they charged us $50. Our guide was great and the drivers were great. Just felt like there was some misleading advertisement with the experience.

Response from the operator: Thanks for sharing your experience. We’re glad you enjoyed the zip lines and our team’s effort, but we’re truly sorry for the issues with timing, food, and photo pricing. We’ll review these points to avoid misleading info in the future. Your feedback helps us improve—thank you for letting us know.

    Great time

Everything was really fun! We were late getting started and didn’t end up getting to go horse back riding. When our group and my family were all on the bus about to go back to our resort, they pretty much made to sign a form saying we can’t any kind of partial refund for not getting to do horse back riding that we paid for. They didn’t really leave us much of a choice but to sign. Everything was great but that kind of made us a little salty.

Response from the operator: Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We’re so glad you enjoyed the tour overall, and we’re truly sorry for the disappointment regarding the horseback riding and the way it was managed. We’ll make sure to review this with our team to improve, and we truly hope to welcome you back for a smoother experience

No bells and whistles, you get exactly what you paid for with extra time added to the tour

This experience was average, nothing more, nothing less. However the amount of time they have to expect to spend is quoted at significantly less, a below average quote by far. We were supposed to do horses, but at already 6.5 hours being there, just wanted to get home. We went back with an earlier group and still was 2 hours over the quoted time. The group I was in had 16 people. Way too much for one group, which of course makes the timing stretch long for each person to zip line and for the whole tour to go through the cycles. This should have easily been quoted for 7.5 hours. The cenote is smaller and has a lot of people in it at once, so we decided to skip ours out of preference of not being lumped with so many others in a small area. The food was ok, rice, beans and a little bit dried quesadillas with salsa. This was average, you do get what you paid for and everyone is friendly, but don't expect bells and whistles.

Response from the operator: Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry the tour ran longer than expected and that you missed the horseback riding. We’ll review our timing and group sizes to improve future experiences. We appreciate your kind words about our team and hope to welcome you back for a smoother, more memorable adventure.

    Amazing experience

We had soooo much fun on this excursion. Sergio was our guide and he was absolutely amazing. Overall the experience was a 10/10. My favorite part was the cenote swimming. It was BEAUTIFUL! I have to add the only downside to this was that Viator says they offer hotel pick up and they ask you to put in your pickup location, however they do not. They will text you prior to pick up with a meeting point and you’re responsible for getting yourself to the meeting point to be picked up.

Response from the operator: Dear Erica, thank you so much for your glowing 5-star review! We’re thrilled you had such a fun time with Sergio—he truly loves making each tour special. We couldn’t agree more that the cenote is breathtaking, and we’re happy it was your favorite part. We appreciate your note about the pick-up information and will work on making this detail clearer for future guests. We hope to welcome you back for another amazing adventure soon!

Tulum Jungle Combo: Turtles, ATV, Ziplines & Cenote Full-Day: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Tulum.

How much does Tulum Jungle Combo: Turtles, ATV, Ziplines & Cenote Full-Day cost?

    +

Prices start at $128 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Tulum usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Tulum Jungle Combo: Turtles, ATV, Ziplines & Cenote Full-Day take?

    +

Plan for about 6 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Tulum is not rushed.

Is Tulum Jungle Combo: Turtles, ATV, Ziplines & Cenote Full-Day worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 63 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.5/5 across 96 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Tulum, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Tulum Jungle Combo: Turtles, ATV, Ziplines & Cenote Full-Day?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Tulum Jungle Combo: Turtles, ATV, Ziplines & Cenote Full-Day suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 6-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Tulum Jungle Combo: Turtles, ATV, Ziplines & Cenote Full-Day?

    +

Around 34 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Tulum can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Tulum and add a light layer if any part of the 6-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Tulum Jungle Combo: Turtles, ATV, Ziplines & Cenote Full-Day start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Tulum within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Tulum?

    +

On Outty we rank every Tulum experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Tulum Ruins, Turtles in Akumal and Cenote tour, Tulum Guided Tour, Magical Cenote, Lagoon Snorkeling and Beachside Lunch, Chichén Itzá, Cenote and Valladolid with Lunch and transportation. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Tulum?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Tulum?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
