Want to know about the Tuk Tuk ride
The Tuk Tuk ride was just what we expected. No frills but comfortable. Be sure to carry the tour company phone number. We called because our driver was not there waiting for us, but it didn’t take him long to come. Tuk Tuks only operate within the Medina area. They do not come to the hotel; that was a surprise because we requested and confirmed a hotel pick up only to find out that wasn’t possible. All in all, once we got started, we had a delightful ride through the Medina, including stops.

The driver did not speak...
The driver did not speak English and communication was a bit difficult. The tour proceeded in a different order than the itinerary indicated. Also we were never able to really get the audio guide to download. Overall, however, we had a fun experience especially going through the souks

Our guide didn’t tell us anything about what we were seeing along the way. He would drop us off and point to the place and tell us the name. He gave us a certain time to be back. We had to look up what it was that we were seeing and read about it. Not the tour for you if you want to learn about Marrakesh. He was essentially a driver all day to all the different areas.

Brilliant experience
Overall very good experience. Driver was excellent, and gave us clear instructions throughout. Audio guide is ok but not enough information; this is new to the company so hopefully will improve on this as I have them direct feedback when they asked. Not long enough at the secret garden especially as you pay for entry; we skipped it and went back later. Otherwise plenty of time at other attractions. Would recommend this as an activity to do whilst in Marrakesh!
