30 minutes here
Cabo Espichel
Sanctuary of Our Lady of Cape Espichel, located at the westernmost point of the coast of Sesimbra, is a unique civil and religious architectural ensemble, which combines the monumentality of the building to the immateriality of religious devotion. It consists of the church, the guesthouses, the Memory Chapel, the Opera House, in ruins, the Pilgrims' Gardens, the Water House and the aqueduct. The landscape setting of this monument, on a plateau that ends in escarpments to the sea, makes it monumental.
30 minutes here
Ribeira do Cavalo Beach
Praia do Ribeiro do Cavalo is one of the most beautiful beaches in Portugal and is located a little over 40km from Lisbon, on the outskirts of the beautiful town of Sesimbra, in the middle of the Arrábida Natural Park. For those who like nature at its purest state, Ribeiro do Cavalo is an excellent alternative to the more commercial beaches of Lisbon and Setúbal.
30 minutes here
Praia do Norte
Located north of the imposing Promontory of Nazaré, better known as "Sítio", Praia do Norte has no surveillance and has a rough and somewhat wild environment, with dunes that preserve the original vegetation. The sea, rough and dangerous to swim or bathe in, is much appreciated by surfers who find spectacular waves here.

Susana, our private tour...
Susana, our private tour guide, was amazing, super friendly and really knowledgeable to the places we visited. She made sure we were comfortable, brought us to the 3 beautiful beaches in the South of Portugal (Praia do Portinho da Arrabida, Praia do Creiro, and Figueirinha Beach), and even setting up a table for a lunch picnic in one of the picnic spots. She really went above and beyond to show us the best spots and made sure we had a great time!
Response from the operator: Good morning, Thank you for your kind words and for such a positive feedback. We are really glad you have enjoyed the tour and the guide has met your expectations! We hope you can come to Portugal once again and discover more of our beautiful country with us! With SwinGO you go further Swingo Team

Amazing Beaches and Amazing Tour Guide!
We had a fantastic time with our tour guide Susana on this amazing tour. We visited several beaches, made several stops along the way to walk around the towns and learn about the history of Portugal during our drive. It was an amazing experience and would definitely book with Swingo again. Susana was professional, she never rushed us at any point during the tour, and she even provided us with some snacks. I would rate the entire experience and service a 10 out of 10. Will remember this trip/tour for a long long time.

Five Stars
We had a wonderful tour guide that told us a lot about towns outside of Lisbon. She was right, the beach was beautiful and it was not too crowded. This was a wonderful experience and a great way to end our vacation.

Not what we were expecting at all
Our tour guide was very friendly and tried her best, so I don't want to leave her a poor review, however, for how much we paid the tour was pretty underwhelming. We drove to Sesimbra and the guide had not been there in years she said, so I don't think she remembered how to get to the secret beach. Instead, we went on a random overlook trail and she set up the picnic there (right in the middle of the trail where people were walking). And then the other two stops were Cabo do Roca and the Jesus Christ Sanctuary which were cool but not beach stops like we were expecting. Overall it was an okay tour, but not worth the price. I wish we had just rented a car and driven ourselves.
Response from the operator: Good morning, Thank you for your feedback even though less positive. All feedbacks allow Swingo Tours to grow as a company and we take them very seriously. We will speak with the tour guide and we will improve our services. We truly apologize for the situation and we only wish the rest of the trip has went well. Travel your way Swingo Team

Amazing day in Setubal and Arrabida
This trip was my favorite part of visiting Portugal! We were the only two people on our tour. We got picked up and dropped off at our hotel. Our tour guide Susana shared with us a lot of history and interesting facts about the culture of Portugal. We got to pick somethings to do including seeing a local market in Setubal, the incredibly beautiful beach of Arrabida, a local winery tour and tasting, and a tour of a small tile factory! Susana provided us with a picnic lunch and blanket for our time at the beach. The lunch included wine, deserts, pastries and fresh fruit. So much delicious food! We had the beach almost to ourselves as well. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Portugal. There is the option to share your own interests for what beaches/places you would like to see to customize your own experience!
Response from the operator: Dear Erica, Thank you for your kind words. We are really glad you have enjoyed the tour and the guide has met your expectations. Hope you can come to Portugal once again and dicover more of our beautiful country. Travel your way! Swingo Team

Why this scores 61
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Trip to Secret Paradisiacal Beach from Lisbon: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Lisbon.
How much does Trip to Secret Paradisiacal Beach from Lisbon cost?
+
Prices start at $202 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Lisbon usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Trip to Secret Paradisiacal Beach from Lisbon take?
+
Plan for about 8 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Lisbon is not rushed.
Is Trip to Secret Paradisiacal Beach from Lisbon worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 61 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.8/5 across 10 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Lisbon, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Trip to Secret Paradisiacal Beach from Lisbon?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Trip to Secret Paradisiacal Beach from Lisbon suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 8-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Trip to Secret Paradisiacal Beach from Lisbon?
+
Around 4 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Lisbon can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Lisbon and add a light layer if any part of the 8-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Trip to Secret Paradisiacal Beach from Lisbon start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Lisbon within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Lisbon?
+
On Outty we rank every Lisbon experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Lisbon City Center Tour - The Unmissable Lisbon, Sintra Private Trip from Lisbon Customizable Dreamlike Experience, True 4Hour Private Tuk Tuk Tour: Discover Lisbon with a Local!. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Lisbon?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Lisbon?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
