HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! TERRIBLE SERVICE
Honestly if I could give this service a 0 it would be too generous. Once I booked my transportation someone reached out to me to confirm my arrival details. They also provided his name and gave me instructions on how I would find my driver once I arrived. The day I arrived in DR I received a message via WhatsApp asking me to reach out to them once I landed, so I did. As I went through customs the person sent me another message with a different drivers name and a screenshot of my name displayed on an Ipad informing me the driver would have this so I can identify him. I exited the airport and walked towards the location where all other car service were waiting and didn’t see anyone with my name. I sent a message letting the person know I could not see the driver. He asked me to take a pic of where I was standing so I did. Then he asked me to walked towards the cafeteria. Once I found out where that was I walked towards it. Then I received another message that the driver would be in a BLACK VAN (NOT AN SUV) and he would arrive in 5 minutes. Annoyed I wrote back, “so you have me looking for someone who isn’t even here.” He responds, “sorry”. The VAN finally anrrives after about 10 minutes and there are two men. One driving and one who has my name on a sign. I reluctantly get in the VAN and they hand me a cell phone with the man who I was communicating via WhatsApp. He basically just says the two guys were taking me to my hotel and that he would send me details on excursions I could book with him while in DR (as if I would even think to do that). The driver pulls off blasting music but, the best part is apparently the speakers did not work so there was a gigantic freestanding speaker on the seat behind me. When I said it was too loud of course they didn’t understand or hear what I was saying so they smiled and kept having their own conversation. Thankfully I made it safely to my hotel. I literally NEVER write reviews but this experience was so TERRIBLE I could not let it be. The biggest things were the lateness along with the insinuation that my driver was waiting on me. In addition, there was no SUV. Only a VAN without functioning speakers so I was subjected to sit in a car for 30mins with music blasting in my ear. Horrible experience!! If you can avoid it, NEVER BOOK WITH THESE PPL!!

Transfer form PUJ to Riu 's
I never did the transfer with Viator, because i didn't get the information on time from the provider...i got that when i was aboard of the taxi that i took and paid $40 for the trip...

When you do the Reservation and you put a telephone number please Don’t put a number where we can Not contact to you. We apologize if the driver confused and tryied to charge you Becouse we have many client every day. And thank you for be part of our family.

Our experience was very good, very enjoyable.
Just got home from a 16 person family vacation at the Rui Palace in Punta Cana. Want yo give a shout out to some wonderful employees. Javier was our beach server always right there to serve & having out chairs saved, Juan Carlo Diroche, Frank, Marco & Willy at the buffet by the lobby. Those guys were the best had our table of 16 ready & waiting for breakfast and occasionally dinner. Last shout out to our housekeeper Luisa so friendly & happy all the time. These are just a few but everyone was fabulous, helpful,& friendly!

Friendly and convenient
My driver Wascar was friendly and on time. He gave suggestions of places to go out in DR. I felt safe as a solo traveler from the airport to hotel. Good experience and very reasonably priced.
