Lousy service. Just excuses.
Lousy service, they were wrong and instead of picking us up at terminal A they did it at B. Suffering a giant backlog, with my two children aged 3 and 7 I also ordered a child seat (child restraint) and although they arrived with the chairs, they are not installed. That day it was also just raining and according to them I had to install the chairs. I had also paid him for another transfer, which I obviously wanted to cancel afterwards, given the terrible experience and I only found excuses. They never paid me back the money I paid them, and of course you won't take with them. Given the disaster the first service I recommend them for nothing

Transport SDQ Punta Cana
We arrived through Santo Domingo and the journey is about 2 hours on the way to Punta Cana, my driver was waiting at the exit of the terminal with my name on a tablet, and the vehicle is super clean and comfortable, It should be noted that we reserved a Minivan For my husband and teenage daughter, But Luxury Airport Transfers went above and beyond and sent us a Chevrolet Suburban at no additional cost we greatly appreciated it as the journey is quite long. In the same way, for our return to the airport the driver was just in time in the hotel lobby and our transfer was safe and comfortable. After this wonderful experience, I have recommended this transportation service to all my friends who go to the Dominican Republic and have received the same or better service than ours, so I am happy to recommend them.

Great Experience - Very Professional!
I needed a private ride to the airport on extremely short notice. Booking online was extremely simple, I received a confirmation right away, I received tracking and a photo of my driver (which made me feel safe). The driver was on time and extremely professional. VERY GOOD SERVICE!

Excellent service
Manuel and Brayner took care of our family on our transfers from Santo Domingo airport to Hilton La Romana. They were courteous, on time and their black Suburban was in top condition and super comfortable. Will definitely use their service again when we go back to the DR on our next vacation.
