Driver did not show up (was sleeping in the van)
The flight was 3 hours late from the original ETA. However, Taxi company was aware of the new arrival time 10 hours prior to the original ETA. The plane arrived as scheduled at 1:00AM (revised ETA). Driver was not waiting for us. We actually asked some local to call him and he was sleeping in his van. We spent about 1 hours in this process as we went back and forth looking for the driver (parking lot and terminal). The taxi company must train the drivers how to use websites like flight-status (flightaware). Also, the minivan breaks need pads replacement as the noise was metal to metal. At least the driver was not speeding (rare fact in Punta Cana). Bad experience.

Everything was wonderful. The driver was very polite and friendly and had us laughing. He was on time and got us to our destination safely.

Awesome Transportation Company!
The company was in constant communication with me from the time that I booked. Once I landed, I was contacted via WhatsApp letting me know my driver Alberto was waiting for me. The van was clean, the driver was personable and informative. I’m a travel agent and I plan on referring all of my clients to them when I book them for the DR!

Awesome
This was my first time in the DR and I didn’t know what to expect. It was awesome, the driver was there waiting and very professional. Took us straight to the resort, told us about the scenery on the way and was right there when it was time to take us back. It was a very worry free experience. The company emailed us the time we had to return to the airport. They took very good care of everything. I will use their service on the next visit
