Airport transfer return and Soana Island trip was excellent and perfectly organised thanks to Aubain for making it so simple for us. Always in contact with us via whatapp. All made easy for us. Transfer catamaran speedboat trip and bus was excellent. Excellent service highly recommended. Franklin and Micheal were great people responsible for our transport. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Friendly Driver!
Overall I would recommend this company for your travel needs. We used them in late April of 2026. They are in the middle of construction at the airport currently and this has created a huge traffic jam for drivers going to the pickup spot. The lady who greeted us while we waited for the driver asked us to walk a few minutes to meet him but we declined because we didn't want to walk in the sun. That was a mistake because the traffic made us wait for over 20 minutes. If we had just walked to meet him we could have saved a lot of time. If she asks you to walk to meet the driver I would accept if I were you. On the return trip days later from the resort the communication was great and the driver picked us up right on time. Glad we chose this company!

I will not use this transport service again
Upon landing I text to say we landed. We looked for our transport for 15-20 minutes. I asked for a pick up for 7:45 am the day before my departure. The message was confirmed received. On day of departure were arrived at the front 10 minutes early. We picked up 40 minutes late!!!! I reached out and was referred to speak with the owner. Though he was very apologetic and shared issues with the employee, I was not pleased with the service and shared with him, this is not a good look for his business.

Do not recommend.
Unfortunately, communication was very poor. I was given a photograph that I was supposed to make my way toward, however, there was utter mayhem in the arrivals / pickup area. Communication also required internet access, which I did know, or have. These things are not inherently the company's fault. However, I had had many phone calls with the company's dispatcher, explaining exactly where I was, and I was being told over and over again that both the driver and the liaison were coming to find me. It took over 40 minutes for their liaison to find me, but the driver still couldn't find us, and she even looked annoyed about the whole thing. I had just been traveling, I was very tired, and very hot, and was not super thrilled to be trapped standing on the pavement for that long. That's also not the company's fault, either. However, it is their fault that, once I was finally in the car, the driver had no idea where I was going. For these reasons, I'm forced to give a low score.
