Great way to travel from Fes to Chefchaouen with kids!
The driver was very flexible for our family driving with two small girls (6 and 9 years of age) and let us stop when needed for bathroom breaks and snacks. They also recommended a great place for us to stop quickly on the way for a nice photo of Chefchaouen before dropping us off at the doorstep of our hotel. Would highly recommend.
Response from the operator: Thank you for your review! I'm glad to hear that the driver was accommodating and flexible during your family's trip, especially considering the needs of your two young girls. It's wonderful that they allowed you to make stops for bathroom breaks and snacks, ensuring a comfortable journey for everyone. The driver's recommendation of a great photo spot in Chefchaouen demonstrates their local knowledge and willingness to go the extra mile to enhance your experience. Dropping you off at the doorstep of your hotel is also a thoughtful gesture, providing convenience and ease. Based on your positive experience, it's clear that you highly recommend this driver. Your review highlights their excellent service and attentiveness to your family's needs. Thank you for sharing your feedback, and I hope you had a memorable trip overall!

Reliable and worth the price
To be more accurate, we used nice day tours to book a private driver, Amin, for transfer from the riad to the airport/train station as well as a day trip to chefchaouen. Nice day has the most value for money prices for private transfer. What I like most is the responsiveness and reliability over WhatsApp of the coordinator. We prefer the flexibility to explore the country by ourselves and like the possibility to book a driver. Amin is responsible, nice, friendly and very punctual. As he is only a driver, we do not expect any services like a tour guide. However, amin would bring always share some interesting fun facts about Morroco or stop over when there is a nice panoramic view for us to enjoy or take pictures. While he drives a little slowly, he drives very safely and always ensure that we are on time for our plane or train. I feel at ease to use this company.

Visit to the Blue City
We were a group of 6 ladies and our driver, Ali Nhira, was excellent. He was helpful, patient and kind. He listened to our needs and stopped when it was necessary. We never felt rushed but traveled at a nice relaxed pace. We enjoyed his tips about the country side and loved the stop for a good view and some fresh figs. He laughed with us and even taught us some Arabic words...no problem! The city of Chefchaouen was also amazing. I would recommend this day trip to everyone!

Why this scores 59
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
transfer from fes to chefchaouen: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Fez.
How much does transfer from fes to chefchaouen cost?
+
Prices start at $24 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Fez usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does transfer from fes to chefchaouen take?
+
Plan for about 4 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Fez is not rushed.
Is transfer from fes to chefchaouen worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 59 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 3 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Fez, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule transfer from fes to chefchaouen?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is transfer from fes to chefchaouen suitable for kids and families?
+
The operator sets a minimum age of 18. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 4-hour running time when deciding.
How far in advance should I book transfer from fes to chefchaouen?
+
Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Fez can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Fez and add a light layer if any part of the 4-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does transfer from fes to chefchaouen start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Fez within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Fez?
+
On Outty we rank every Fez experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Exclusive Fez Medina Walking Tour with Private Guide, Fes to Marrakech desert tour 3 days, Private Guided Walking Tour of Fes Medina with Local Expert. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Fez?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Fez?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
