    Fun for family

Very fun, too three floors quite scary!

Response from the operator: Haha, that sounds like so much fun! 😄 Three floors must have been quite scary, though! I can imagine it was a real adventure, especially if you weren’t sure what to expect. I’m glad you enjoyed it! Was it as scary as it looked, or was it more fun than frightening? 😊

    Excellent company

I was bringing elderly relatives to Krakow who were keen to visit Auschwitz, on researching reliable tours I was a bit worried to see many people experiencing cancelled tours or ridiculous early pick up times. I am so glad I booked with Krakvel Tours and Transfers, they were excellent. Our driver Norbert texted me before I had even left the UK, we were collected on time and Norbert was extremely friendly and helpful, telling me lots of information on places to visit in the city centre and pointing out a brilliant restaurant that we visited. We arrived at Auschwitz and was introduced to our guide by our driver. We were taken to the camps in a lovely comfortable and clean vehicle and the whole visit ran on time and was well organised. I can highly recommend this company and I will definitely use them again

Response from the operator: Thank You

    Kitschness Aplenty, Nice hour-long entertainment

Good value as a family, great location, suitable for 12+ in my opinion. There is kitschness aplenty, and is a great way to spend 30/40 minutes. Might be more of a challenge on a busy day, as it’s in a tower with fairly narrow passageways, but we went at a quiet time and it was easy to move around at our own pace.

Response from the operator: Thank you for your review and useful feedback! We are glad to hear that you and your family enjoyed your time with us and appreciated our location and pricing. It's also great that you were able to explore at a comfortable pace during a quieter time. We hope to welcome you back again!

    Bit of a Joke

This is well overpriced, and is all over very quickly. Think we paid about £25 for two tickets, and we were round it all in less than 30 minutes, without rushing in any way. Waxworks range from half decent to ridiculously bad, and the haunted house isn’t great either. Would recommend if it was a quarter of the price for a laugh, but couldn’t justify paying what it is to anyone.

Response from the operator: Thank you for your feedback and for visiting us. We’re sorry to hear that the experience did not fully meet your expectations. We truly appreciate your honest opinion regarding the pricing, duration, and quality of the exhibits. Your comments are very valuable to us, as they help us improve and better meet our guests’ expectations. We would also like to kindly clarify that there is no time limit for the visit, and guests are welcome to take photos throughout the attraction. The exhibition includes 5 floors and around 100 wax figures, as well as additional themed areas such as the pirate zone and the haunted house. At the same time, we’re glad you found some elements at least “half decent,” and we hope there were moments you could still enjoy, even if briefly. We will take your remarks into consideration as we continue to develop and enhance both the wax figures and the haunted house experience. We hope you might consider visiting us again in the future to see the improvements. Kind regards, [Baszta Tajemnic]

How much does Tower of Secrets (Wax Figure Museum, Horror House and much More) cost?

    +

Prices start at $15 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Gdansk usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Tower of Secrets (Wax Figure Museum, Horror House and much More) take?

    +

Plan for about 0.8 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Gdansk is not rushed.

Is Tower of Secrets (Wax Figure Museum, Horror House and much More) worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 56 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.7/5 across 43 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Gdansk, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

    +

Around 15 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. What should I bring or wear?

    +

The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Gdansk?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Gdansk?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
