    They have a weird system...

They have a weird system where someone stands in line for you but it worked fine for us. Everyone we dealt with was professional and friendly. The guide knew what he was talking about and was interesting.

    Beautiful Alcazar Tour

Excellent tour with Maria as our guide. The extensive history and its impact on Seville was very interesting. The surrounding gardens are magnificent. We highly recommend the tour.

A Hard Pass on this one

Read the reviews, and the tone deaf response from the “boss” as we heard him described. We were too foolish to buy 16 euro tickets ahead….so we turned to an outrageously priced package of $100+ to provide the tickets and tour. As you will read in these reviews that works, sometimes. You show up at 10am and off you go. But for many of us there’s an oh-so-sorry to inconvenience you text the day before telling you to show up at the LINE for same day ticket sales at 8:45 to join their very nice, bleary eyed worker who’s been standing in line since 5am to buy same day tickets the boss didn’t get in advance. No amount of dithering texts back and forth get’s the boss to take responsibility. Tour guide Miriam was energetic, and knowledgeable. I am likely an ugly American in this respect, but her accent and rapid speech made her 50% unintelligible. That’s on me, I guess. Tour was 1.5 hour. If you read these reviews you’ll see it is never, ever, the 2 hours advertised. Recommend you buy tickets way in advance. If not, go with some other price gouging tour.

Response from the operator: Thank you for your comment. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the tour with our guide Miriam. Thanks to the sleepy-eyed employee, you were able to enter and enjoy the tour during peak season, since online tickets have been sold out for weeks and the monument itself does not provide us with any solutions. Thank you for your understanding. There is no boss here — the boss is the Royal Alcázar and its management.

    Worth it.

Worth getting skipped the line and the tour guide Juan was engaging and funny. We were able to stay after and enjoy the gardens.

I think I overpaid tour price.

I purchased tour with Alcazar ticket included which is 15.5 euro regular adault. When I was notified i have to buy ticket myself next morning due to Alcazar requirement, I was eligible for senior ticket of 8 euro. The tour operator gave me 8 euro cash afterwards. I think the tour price is calculated for regular ticket, in essence I was over charged for the ticket price difference. The tour itself was a little hurried I spent another 3 hours after group was disassembled.

Response from the operator: Thank you for your comment. You were refunded €8 because that was the amount you paid; you did not pay €15.50. You paid for a guided tour service with admission included at a fixed price, and you received that service: a quality two-hour tour , not three hours, with a certified guide. Thank you.

Tour to the Royal Alcazar of Seville with Tickets Included: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Seville.

How much does Tour to the Royal Alcazar of Seville with Tickets Included cost?

    +

Prices start at $112 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Seville usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Tour to the Royal Alcazar of Seville with Tickets Included take?

    +

Plan for about 2 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Seville is not rushed.

Is Tour to the Royal Alcazar of Seville with Tickets Included worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 48 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4/5 across 37 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Seville, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Tour to the Royal Alcazar of Seville with Tickets Included?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Tour to the Royal Alcazar of Seville with Tickets Included suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 2-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Tour to the Royal Alcazar of Seville with Tickets Included?

    +

Around 13 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Seville can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Seville and add a light layer if any part of the 2-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Tour to the Royal Alcazar of Seville with Tickets Included start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Seville within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Seville?

    +

On Outty we rank every Seville experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include The Seville Tapas Crawl Tour by Food Lover Tour, Seville: Paella & Tapas Cooking Class + Triana Market Tour, Sevilla Food Tour: Tapas, Wine, History & Traditions. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Seville?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Seville?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
