We booked on the first day in Seville as we met Victor at the local bar, he gave us lots of good tips and advice for our stay in Seville, anyone else travelling should look up Victor at Bar doro near the bull ring The bus was very good, good tour and easy to hop on and off when we needed

Not really much to see....
Not really much to see. Tour also only lasted an hour and wentba few km. If you know what you wanted to vidit, taking the hormal might be a better option

Never found the bus tried to cancel. Never saw a bus so can’t review disappointed and frustrated wasted money

Improvements Needed BIG TIME
Last bus is at 9 at stop one. So the tour lasts until about 10:15. Not at 11:30 pm as stated on the ad. Bus stops are not clearly defined on the street itself with signs. Videos numbers on the audio don’t match up. #7 is English, Otherwise it’s a standard hop on and off tour.

Disappointing
Very disappointing. Lack of accurate information about the trip. Several stops out of commission- no information about that . Bus stops not clearly marked. Staff very enthusiastic until ticket purchased then not interested . Lack of information on bus about stopping points. Not worth doing at all . Better to take one of the free walking tours .

En relación con las paradas fuera de servicio, es importante mencionar que Sevilla es una ciudad muy dinámica y, en ocasiones, nos vemos obligados a realizar cambios temporales en la ruta debido a cortes de calles por eventos, festividades locales o tráfico denso. Habitualmente, cualquier modificación se anuncia mediante carteles informativos en los autobuses y en nuestra parada principal. Sentimos mucho si en esta ocasión la información no le llegó de manera clara o si percibió un cambio en la atención de nuestro personal tras la compra; para nosotros, la excelencia en el servicio al cliente es un pilar fundamental y revisaremos lo sucedido con el equipo.
