    Dean

Dean provided excellent service during my visit to Nando’s. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right throughout the meal. He had a positive attitude, was quick to help, and made the experience enjoyable. Great customer service – a real credit to the team.

    A fabulous time in Puglia

We spent 3 amazing days with Gianluca touring all of the major areas in Puglia. He is a wonderful guide who helped us plan our entire visit so very well. And during our three days together he was great to be with. He moved at our pace and was happy to stop for a bite to eat or to browse a shop. A wonderful tour and highly recommended without reservation.

    Very Disappointing

The description on the website in not accurate. It implies a semi private tour of no more than 8 people. In reality, it is transportation to Matera where you jpin a large group of 20 people. The driver Claudio was not fluent in English, brought along his girlfriend and provided no commentory in the 1 hour ride. He vould not answer questions and the promised time to eat and shop was not provided. The actual guide Gitano was knowlefgable but did not visit some of the sights featured in the tour description. Very disappointing and over priced. I would not recommend.

Response from the operator: Good morning. I didn’t provide the tour. Last July, after your booking, I immediately informed you that I was not available. I offered you alternatives dates/times but they didn’t match your availability. You also wrote me a message saying “I regret we will not be able to use your services” After my notification, you got refunded (indeed, my account says "client refunded") Somebody else provided the tour/transfers, I don’t even know who he/she is. I’ve immediately contacted Viator regarding this matter. Hopefully the bad review will be removed soon from my account. Thank you.

Very friendly and helpful, we had a lot of fun driving around and looking to find what we were looking for. We couldn’t have done it without Gianluca I definitely recommend ! Cheers :)

Response from the operator: Thank you for your nice review! It’s been a pleasure to assist you and your wife, visiting the amazing Matera. You’re nice people and great travelers. Greetings from Puglia! Gianluca

    Private Guided Tour of Apulia

Gianluca provided my wife and me with a superb tour of Puglia. He met us each morning at our Trulli's location and (using our rental car) drove us throughout the region. His knowledge and good nature made for a very enjoyable experience. We would highly recommend his services. It would have been impossible for us to have visited all the sights on our own.

Response from the operator: Thank you for your nice review! It’s been a pleasure to assist you and your wife, visiting and experiencing Puglia region. You’re nice people and great travelers. Greetings from Puglia! Gianluca

TOUR - Matera (complimentary transfer service from/to Bari and surroundings): questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Bari.

How much does TOUR - Matera (complimentary transfer service from/to Bari and surroundings) cost?

    +

Prices start at $805 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Bari usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does TOUR - Matera (complimentary transfer service from/to Bari and surroundings) take?

    +

Plan for about 5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Bari is not rushed.

Is TOUR - Matera (complimentary transfer service from/to Bari and surroundings) worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 41 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.4/5 across 5 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable culture & history in Bari, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule TOUR - Matera (complimentary transfer service from/to Bari and surroundings)?

    +

No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.

Is TOUR - Matera (complimentary transfer service from/to Bari and surroundings) suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book TOUR - Matera (complimentary transfer service from/to Bari and surroundings)?

    +

Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Bari can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Bari and add a light layer if any part of the 5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does TOUR - Matera (complimentary transfer service from/to Bari and surroundings) start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Bari within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Bari?

    +

On Outty we rank every Bari experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Bari’s Ultimate Street Food Tour - Small Group by Do Eat Better, Boat Tour of the Polignano a Mare Coast with Aperitif, Polignano a Mare: Boat Tour of the Caves - Small Group. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Bari?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Bari?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
