Extremely Rude
Omar was extremely rude. It was very difficult to get a taxi to come and take us to the meeting point, so I asked if we could meet the group at Chichen Itza. Omar declined and said "Not my fault" and tried to charge us even more to do the tour another day. I still have the messages of our conversation. Will not recommend this to anyone.

For guests staying in Tulum, the only available meeting point is **Super Aki Tulum**, as clearly stated in the tour instructions. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide hotel pickup in that area due to operational logistics. Our tours begin with early departures, and it is very important for all guests to arrive on time to board. Once the tour has started, it is **not possible to catch up with the group by car**, as the itinerary is already in progress and cannot be interrupted due to logistics and coordination with other passengers. You contacted us requesting to join the group directly at Chichén Itzá, which is not feasible for this type of tour. For this reason, the only viable option offered was rescheduling. Additionally, your booking was marked as a **no-show on the first scheduled date**, and as a courtesy, we **rescheduled your tour at no extra cost**, even though this is normally outside our policy. On the rescheduled date, you unfortunately **arrived late again and missed the tour a second time**. As per our terms and conditions, a **no-show fee applies**, which was communicated in advance. We always aim to assist our customers and be flexible when possible, but we also need all guests to respect schedules and meeting instructions to ensure smooth operations for everyone.
