Not professional tour

Tour to Tulum and cobs. The guy didn’t go pick up me. Left me waiting 30minute. I even take the picture that I in front of crown paradise. They want me to take the taxi to go another location. It took $250 pesos

Awful

This was a horrible experience. We pre booked tickets through Viator to the Torre Latinamerica. The employees stated we needed a ticket to enter even though I saved the booking reference in my apple wallet. It was impossible to get tickets on the Viator app. The employee that I got a hold of on the phone hung up on and me and employees never messaged me back. Our tickets should be refunded. There was no way to use them and no help from Viator.

Response from the operator: Dear Sarah, thank you for your feedback. Tickets are sent via the notification method selected at the time of booking, and we provide all necessary information and support to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. This incident is an isolated case and does not reflect the standard of service we uphold. Best regards from the Quality Department of Amigo tours- Claudia

Beautiful day and great view!

I was able to see the size and scale of the metropolitan area. It’s very big! I had a two minute wait to board the first elevator.

Great view on a clear day - takes longer than you think

Possibly best panoramic 360 view of Mexico city. One has to go up and down two sets of elevators that are not very large and have long waiting lines so make sure you have extra time to spare - each set was a 10min wait (both directions). The line to enter goes out the lobby and down the street. With language limitations, we were told to go to the back, only to find out that our skip the line tickets had a separate check-in line inside the building - save yourself 20mins and go inside to the left of the general ticket line. Enjoy!

Response from the operator: Dear ajoym932, Thank you for taking the time to share such a helpful and practical review. We’re delighted that you enjoyed the panoramic 360° view over the city, which is indeed one of the highlights of this experience. Your comments about the elevator waits and especially your tip about the separate check‑in line for skip‑the‑line tickets are extremely valuable, and we appreciate you sharing them to help other travelers. We will also review how we can make this information clearer in our instructions. Kind regards, Ramos, Quality Team

Torre Latino Observation Deck Skip-The-Line Ticket: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Mexico City.

How much does Torre Latino Observation Deck Skip-The-Line Ticket cost?

+

Prices start at $17 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Mexico City usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Torre Latino Observation Deck Skip-The-Line Ticket take?

+

Plan for about 1 hour from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Mexico City is not rushed.

Is Torre Latino Observation Deck Skip-The-Line Ticket worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 53 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3/5 across 5 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Mexico City, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Torre Latino Observation Deck Skip-The-Line Ticket?

+

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Torre Latino Observation Deck Skip-The-Line Ticket suitable for kids and families?

+

The operator sets a minimum age of 3. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 1-hour running time when deciding.

How far in advance should I book Torre Latino Observation Deck Skip-The-Line Ticket?

+

Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Mexico City can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Mexico City and add a light layer if any part of the 1-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Torre Latino Observation Deck Skip-The-Line Ticket start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Mexico City within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Mexico City?

+

On Outty we rank every Mexico City experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Frida Kahlo VIP [Museum Tickets Included] Walk, Markets & Churros, Local Foodie Adventure CDMX: Tacos & more with Sherpa Food Tours, Mexico City Historical Centre Food Tour with 7 Tastings & Drinks. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Mexico City?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Mexico City?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
