    Professional Service and Stress-Free Pickup!

I cannot recommend this company enough! My flight was delayed, and after racing through customs and baggage claim, I didn’t arrive at the booth until 5:15 PM—nearly two hours after my scheduled 3:30 PM pickup. I was so relieved to find that they actually waited for me. The communication was seamless. They pre-message you with clear instructions on WhatsApp, which is definitely the best way to stay in touch with the team. Upon arrival, I was even greeted with a nice drink, which was exactly what I needed after the long flight. The team is incredibly professional and organized. Despite the heavy airport construction, Clariza Sanchez went above and beyond by personally walking me to the pickup zone to ensure I got into the correct vehicle. If you want a reliable and professional transfer, look no further!

Response from the operator: Thank you for sharing your wonderful experience! We're delighted our team provided seamless communication and exceptional service to ensure a stress-free transfer. We're glad you felt taken care of, and we appreciate your kind words about our professionalism and organization. We look forward to serving you again in the future.

    Too Easy

Nothing to worry about, looked for my name after exiting the airport, introduced to my driver and transfer to condo, Easy Peazy

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your review! 🤍 We’re happy to hear everything was smooth and stress-free from the moment you exited the airport. That’s exactly our goal — clear meeting point, quick introduction to your driver, and a comfortable ride straight to your condo. Thank you for trusting us with your arrival in Punta Cana. We hope to see you again very soon! 🇩🇴✨

    Fine

The driver didn’t arrive until about 8:30am (pick up @8:00) the. We drove around for about an hour picking up other people and getting to the venue. Then we sat through a sales pitch for about 20 minutes. There is a man who asks if you want to take a photo with an iguana and then tries to charge you $20 for a photo. The cave stop was maybe 15/20 minutes and the beach was less than 10minutes. Instead of trying to sell souvenirs I would’ve preferred spending more time doing the excursions I already paid for (but the already had that money). Also, the photos they try to sell afterwards is another $20.

Response from the operator: Hello, thank you for your review but unfortunately not sure what are you talking about since this product offers airport transfer, not an excursion, so we kindly ask you to delete this review immediately. Thank you

The CEO is rude and unhelpful

This transportation is not listed as shared. When we arrived at the airport there were 2 other parties arriving at the same time. We all had separate transportation to our resorts. When it was time to schedule the pickup back to the airport all of a sudden they say we booked shared transportation and we are getting picked up over 5 hours before our flight. (Drive time only 30 minutes to airport) when I requested a partial refund it was denied and told me it was shared. That was never communicated to me. Nothing in the description or tickets. Just for the 10 of us being booked. The response I received was 'where does it say private?' I asked the same question 'where does it say shared?' Because it says max 100 persons they said it's shared. As far as I'm concerned that means they can transport a part of as many people you need. Especially when the other parties didnt ride with us to our resort from the airport. Oh and the complimentary bottle they are talking about is about 5-6ounce little tiny bottle of the island drink. (I can't spell it. Lol) for the whole party of 10.....one little tiny bottle. Would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

Response from the operator: Thank you for your feedback. We feel it’s important to clarify several points for transparency and future travelers. 1.This service was purchased as a SHARED round-trip transfer. The product booked is clearly listed on Viator as “Group type: Not private (shared)” with a price starting at $15 per person and a maximum of up to 100 travelers, which is standard wording for shared transportation services. Private transportation is offered as a separate upgrade and is always clearly labeled as such. 2.Pricing confirms the service type. A round-trip airport transfer for 10 passengers at $150 total (including meet & greet, water, assistance, and a welcome gift) is not a private service by industry standards in Punta Cana. No private operator offers exclusive round-trip transportation for 10 people at this rate. 3.Arrival vs. departure logistics are different. While arrivals may coincide with other travelers going to different resorts (and therefore not share a vehicle), departure transfers are grouped by flight schedules to ensure all passengers arrive at the airport on time. This is standard practice worldwide for shared transfers. 4.Pickup time was calculated based on flight departure. The scheduled pickup (11:45 a.m.) was set to guarantee timely airport arrival for a 4:30 p.m. international flight, accounting for traffic, airport congestion, and additional pickups. Earlier arrival times are common and necessary in shared services. 5.Upgrade option was offered, not imposed. When a later pickup time (2:00 p.m.) was requested, we offered a private transportation upgrade—clearly optional—for a fixed additional cost. This was declined. 6.Refund request was reviewed and denied by Viator, not us. A case was opened directly with Viator, who confirmed the booking details and denied the refund based on the product purchased and its terms. 7.Complimentary welcome gift was provided. A traditional Mamajuana welcome bottle was included as a courtesy, along with water and personalized assistance. These are complimentary extras, not part of the purchased fare. All communication, booking details, and screenshots were shared transparently and are documented with Viator. We stand by our service, our team, and our commitment to honesty and professionalism. We wish you safe travels.

Everything went just as we were told. We met our driver at the counter, and he escorted us to the car and we were delivered safely and promptly to our resort. Definitely worth the money

Top-Rated Punta Cana Airport Transfer to your Hotel in Punta Cana: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Punta Cana.

How much does Top-Rated Punta Cana Airport Transfer to your Hotel in Punta Cana cost?

    +

Prices start at $15 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Punta Cana usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Top-Rated Punta Cana Airport Transfer to your Hotel in Punta Cana take?

    +

Plan for about 0.3 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Punta Cana is not rushed.

Is Top-Rated Punta Cana Airport Transfer to your Hotel in Punta Cana worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 75 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.8/5 across 170 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Punta Cana, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Top-Rated Punta Cana Airport Transfer to your Hotel in Punta Cana?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Top-Rated Punta Cana Airport Transfer to your Hotel in Punta Cana suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 0.3-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Top-Rated Punta Cana Airport Transfer to your Hotel in Punta Cana?

    +

Around 59 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Punta Cana can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Punta Cana and add a light layer if any part of the 0.3-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Top-Rated Punta Cana Airport Transfer to your Hotel in Punta Cana start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Punta Cana within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Punta Cana?

    +

On Outty we rank every Punta Cana experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Punta Cana Zipline - 8 lines and a suspenseful hanging bridge, Punta Cana Buggy or ATV Tour with Macao Beach, Cave and Tastings, Buggy Excursion to Macau Beach and Natural Cave. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Punta Cana?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Punta Cana?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
