    We hired Galaxy Transfer...

We hired Galaxy Transfer based on reviews we’ve read online, as it was our first time in Croatia. We are so glad we did. Stipe was our guide and driver, and we couldn’t have been more satisfied. The trip from Dubrovnik to Split takes about 3.5 hours, but we made a whole day of it with stops in Ston and Bosnia and Herzegovina (the Kravica Waterfalls are a must). We never felt rushed and Stipe provided any advice we asked for. The day really did fly by. We arrived in Split in the evening but with a full memorable day. If you book with Galaxy Transfers, you will definitely not regret it!

    Unforgettable Day

Stipe is a great driver and a wonderful guide. Our day was perfectly organized and enabled us to see so much on our way from Dubrovnik to Split. Stipe shared lots of information about the local history and culture along the way and allowed us as much time as we wanted in each location. We highly recommend him!

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your wonderful review. It was truly a pleasure to be part of your journey from Dubrovnik to Split, and I am very happy to hear that you enjoyed the day and the stops along the way. Your kind words about the organization, the guiding, and the time spent at each location mean a lot. Thank you again for your recommendation. I really appreciate it and hope to welcome you again on another trip in Croatia in the future. Warm regards, Stipe

Fantastic experience from Dubrovnik to Split

Stipe was a great tour guide, he told us a lot of interesting information about both Croatia and the detailed locations we visited. He was also very welcoming and took us to some extra sightseeing viewpoints that we hadn't requested, and even gifted us some mandarins from his family's plantation. It's a fantastic experience and I would recommend it to all visitors travelling from Dubrovnik to Split.

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for this wonderful review! 🌟 We’re truly happy to hear that you enjoyed your journey from Dubrovnik to Split and that Stipe made such a positive impression. He genuinely loves what he does, and we’re proud that he can share the beauty of our region with guests – from history and culture to hidden viewpoints and local touches like mandarins from his family’s garden. Thank you for taking the time to recommend us – it means a lot! Wishing you many more great travels, and we hope to welcome you again in the future.

    While the drive from...

While the drive from Dubrovnik to Split was comfortable we were a little disappointed that our driver, Stipe was very quiet. We were expecting our driver to be more informative about the history and culture of the areas that we travelled through. Maybe we were expecting him to be more of a tour guide than just a driver. This expectation was based on his previous reviews.

Response from the operator: Dear guests, thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the experience did not fully meet your expectations. However, we’d like to clarify that it was you who requested a route change – instead of the standard drive through Croatia, you asked to travel via Trebinje. Our driver Stipe is not a local guide for that area, which is why he was, as you mentioned, “quiet” during the drive. Nevertheless, Stipe kindly showed you around Trebinje, even though this destination is not included in any of our official routes. We truly appreciate you choosing our service and wish you pleasant travels in the future.

    This was exactly what we...

This was exactly what we were looking for for our journey from Dubrovnik to Split! We were able to customize it to include only a couple of the offered stops (though this tour is unique because it offers so many!) and spend longer at each one while still making it to Split in time for dinner. Pick up was on time. Stipe is a great and safe driver!

Response from the operator: Dear guests, we’re so happy to hear that your trip from Dubrovnik to Split was exactly what you were looking for! It’s great that you enjoyed the flexibility of choosing your own stops and that everything ran on time. Stipe takes great pride in providing safe and comfortable journeys, and your feedback means a lot. Thank you for traveling with us — we hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you again!

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Dubrovnik.

How much does TOP OFFER: Dubrovnik to Split via Ston, Počitelj, Mostar, Kravica cost?

    +

Prices start at $480 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Dubrovnik usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does TOP OFFER: Dubrovnik to Split via Ston, Počitelj, Mostar, Kravica take?

    +

Plan for about 6 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Dubrovnik is not rushed.

Is TOP OFFER: Dubrovnik to Split via Ston, Počitelj, Mostar, Kravica worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 63 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 17 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Dubrovnik, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule TOP OFFER: Dubrovnik to Split via Ston, Počitelj, Mostar, Kravica?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is TOP OFFER: Dubrovnik to Split via Ston, Počitelj, Mostar, Kravica suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 6-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book TOP OFFER: Dubrovnik to Split via Ston, Počitelj, Mostar, Kravica?

    +

Around 6 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Dubrovnik can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Dubrovnik and add a light layer if any part of the 6-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

    +

What are the best things to do in Dubrovnik?

    +

On Outty we rank every Dubrovnik experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Dubrovnik: Game of Thrones Walking Tour, Panorama Zipline Experience in Dubrovnik, Dubrovnik: 7 Caves & Blue Cave Speedboat Tour (4h). The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Dubrovnik?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Dubrovnik?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
