Fantastic tour city experience with Stivi!
Had a fantastic tour with Stivi, highly recommend! He is very knowledgeable and kind tour guide. It so happened it was just me and my friend at the tour, so it felt like a very personal and friendly experience. The heat was tough to handle and he got me water and made sure we took breaks in the shadow. Learnt plenty of ‚Easter eggs' about the city too that I’m sure we’d have missed otherwise. We’ve been having such a great time that the tour ended up being 4 hours! You can tell he really loves his job :) Wish we haven’t been at the end of our trip in Albania and wouldn’t be running out of money so we could’ve tipped him better cause he really deserves it, but he didn’t at all make us feel badly about it ❤️

We had a walking tour around all the highlights of Tirana, we also got the oppurtunity to enter all buildings
Stivi was a really great guide! We really enjoyed the tour and he knew all the interesting facts and could answer all our questions. Definitely recommend!

The best tour ever!!
The tour was amazing! A lot of interesting facts and history, but not in a boring way. A great start in Tirane, where you can see all the most important spots. The tour guide is the best part of the tour. He adapts the pace to the others, answers all the questions, and goes above and beyond to make sure you get everything you need. Also a lot of tips and recommendations, he even shared his number in case we have any questions. One of the best tours I did!!

Excelent guide for best exploring of Tirana's cultural treasures
Excellent tour guiding, in fact one of the most beautiful we’ve ever had, exceptional proximity from Skanderbeg Square of all city center cultural, historical, touristic, relaxation and commercial points of general interest. Suitable for getaways/city-breaks, very kind guide host, very pleased to patiently support separate requests and to facilitate the tour for a family with 2 kids. Highly recommend the local guide Stivi via Viator.com with whom we’ve had very benefitting and empowering conversations during our trip and we’ve really benefit 100% of his strong and polivalent guiding experience that succeed introducing us in the Albanian mysteries among Tirana city variate opportunities. 😊 We highly appreciate the entire experience and thank you for your local Albanian kindness and support and especially thanks to Stivi who made us feel during tour like part of the Albanian locals! We recommend him for every tourist who aims to know better about Tirana’s cultural treasures. Congratulations and best regards!

Fabulous
Stivi is an exceptional guide! Beyond his knowledge on Albanian history, he shared personal stories and local anecdotes that helped us better understand the country's culture and people. No question was left unanswered, and he always took the time to provide thoughtful and detailed explanations. He adapted perfectly to the group, making sure everyone remained interested and involved. Professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, he made our visit unforgettable. We couldn't have asked for a better guide and would recommend Stivi without hesitation.

Why this scores 76
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Tirana Essentials Walking Tour: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Tirana.
How much does Tirana Essentials Walking Tour cost?
+
Prices start at $12 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Tirana usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Tirana Essentials Walking Tour take?
+
Plan for about 3 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Tirana is not rushed.
Is Tirana Essentials Walking Tour worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 76 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 17 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Tirana, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Tirana Essentials Walking Tour?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Tirana Essentials Walking Tour suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 3-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Tirana Essentials Walking Tour?
+
Around 6 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Tirana can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Tirana and add a light layer if any part of the 3-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Tirana Essentials Walking Tour start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Tirana within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Tirana?
+
On Outty we rank every Tirana experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include From Tirana- Hiking Tour to Bovilla Lake & Gamti Mountain, From Tirana / Durres: Gamti Mountain and Bovilla lake Day Trip, Kruja castle, the old Bazaar & Sarisalltik- Departure from Tirana. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Tirana?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Tirana?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
