Skanderbeg Square (Sheshi Skënderbej) is the central plaza and civic heart of Tirana, Albania. Spanning roughly 40,000 m², it stands as the country’s largest public space and serves as a cultural, political, and social focal point surrounded by Tirana’s most important landmarks and institutions. At its center rises the bronze equestrian statue of Albanian national hero Gjergj Kastrioti Skënderbeu, sculpted by Odhise Paskali in 1968. We had a wonderful day. Mr Adnan is a very pleasant and dedicated gentleman. He wanted to give us as much information as possible despite our poor English. Be careful, even if Viator says that it is included, the pick-up in Durrës is not covered, you have to go to Tirana
