Charming & authentic experience in the heart of the city

Really enjoyable & authentic experience. The instructor was very cool, friendly and helped create a design using traditional Chinese characters based on words I wanted to incorporate. He then patiently showed me how to carve the seal, which I then kept at the end along with a box of the traditional ink. I couldn’t recommend this experience enough. It will also put you on Yang Mei Zhu Xie Jie, which is a street containing many beautiful shops selling locally made artisanal crafts.

    Beautiful hands on souvenir experience

I had such a lovely time doing this, is was well worth the visit, a great price and such a meaningful souvenir. The instructor was extremely informative and friendly. I was there for over an hour and the time flew by. Very glad for the picture of the store front and the coffee shop next to it as I had trouble finding the address on Apple Maps Highly recommend

What should I bring or wear?

The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Beijing?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
