My family and I recently purchased the LP Adventure Buggy for our outdoor adventures, and it has been a fantastic addition to our weekends. The buggy is spacious enough to comfortably fit two adults and two children, making it ideal for family outings. Safety features like the robust roll cage and harnesses give us peace of mind while exploring off-road trails. The only reason I’m not giving it five stars is the slightly noisy engine, which can be a bit distracting on longer trips. Nevertheless, the

My Last Day Sucked
I booked a trip for my girlfriend and I at 8:50 am for the tour guided buggy and Taino cave adventure. The booking was confirmed and the money was taken from my account. We were very excited and drove almost 3 hours from Santo Domingo to Punta Cana for the pickup at AC Hotels Punta Cana by Marriott. Upon arriving there was no bus present and we waited in the hotel lobby for almost an hour. Once I looked through my email I saw that the host cancelled the adventure 16 minutes before 2 pm( the time we booked) due to a religious holiday and while I am a receiving a full refund, I am still highly disappointed with the unprofessionalism and for them allowing me to book the trip even though it was not available for that day. I wish I received a call or notification at an earlier time prior to wasting 3 hours worth of gas there and an additional 3 hours back to SD. This was my first trip to DR and it was my last day here. I will no longer be booking my future excursions with Viator.
