Tom was the absolute best!
Tom was an exceptional tour guide and made our family’s trip through Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro truly memorable. From the very beginning, he was genuine, thoughtful, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the history, culture, and stories behind the places we visited in a way that was detailed, engaging, and easy to understand. What really stood out was how flexible and accommodating Tom was. He paid attention to what our family enjoyed, adjusted the pace when needed, and always made sure everyone was comfortable and having a good time. He was also fantastic with our child—patient, friendly, and engaging. He knew how to keep us interested without overwhelming us, which made the experience enjoyable for the entire family. He’s also a great communicator who prefers to keep his clients up-to-date with travel logistics and real-time ground information. Tom brought a great sense of humor and fun to every day while still giving us a meaningful understanding of the region’s complex history. His passion for his native land of Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Montenegro was obvious, and his personal approach made the experience feel much more like traveling with a knowledgeable friend than simply taking a tour. I wholeheartedly recommend Tom to anyone looking for a tour guide who can combine history, culture, flexibility, and fun. If you want to truly learn about the region while having an unforgettable experience, Tom is the guide you want. We are extremely grateful for the memories he helped our family create!
Response from the operator: Dear Anh, Thank you so much for this wonderful and thoughtful review. It truly means a lot to me. It was a pleasure spending the day with you and your family, and I’m very happy that I could help make your experience in the region so memorable. Please give my warmest regards to Riley — she truly is a remarkable little girl, and it was an absolute pleasure having her on the tour! Thank you again for your trust, your kind words, and for choosing me as your guide. Warm regards, Tom

Why this scores 55
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Three Countries Day Trip Trebinje, Perast and Kotor: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Dubrovnik.
How much does Three Countries Day Trip Trebinje, Perast and Kotor cost?
+
Prices start at $580 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Dubrovnik usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Three Countries Day Trip Trebinje, Perast and Kotor take?
+
Plan for about 10 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Dubrovnik is not rushed.
Is Three Countries Day Trip Trebinje, Perast and Kotor worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 55 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 1 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable most popular in Dubrovnik, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Three Countries Day Trip Trebinje, Perast and Kotor?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Three Countries Day Trip Trebinje, Perast and Kotor suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 10-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Three Countries Day Trip Trebinje, Perast and Kotor?
+
Around 0 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Dubrovnik can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Dubrovnik and add a light layer if any part of the 10-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Three Countries Day Trip Trebinje, Perast and Kotor start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Dubrovnik within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Dubrovnik?
+
On Outty we rank every Dubrovnik experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Dubrovnik: Game of Thrones Walking Tour, Panorama Zipline Experience in Dubrovnik, Dubrovnik: 7 Caves & Blue Cave Speedboat Tour (4h). The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Dubrovnik?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Dubrovnik?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
