The View is the observation deck on the 52nd floor of the Palm Tower, next to Nakheel Mall. The entrance to the building is on the roof of the mall, from where you take the elevator to the observation deck that in 240 meters above the palm island. Before you take the 3 minutes journey up to the deck, you can visit the interactive museum and gallery that will tell you the story about the creation of the Palm Jumeirah. JITHIN is very knowledgeable and great service

Avoid Travel Saga Tourism at all costs. They cheated us on all the bookings we made. For example, at Palm View, we paid for Prime hours, but at the gate, we were told our ticket was for Non-Prime hours. We requested a refund, and they promised to process it within 3-7 days. It's been over a month, and we’ve heard nothing from them. All our bookings were made in person at their desk, attended by FATIMA, at the hotel we stayed in. We later discovered that we were overcharged on every booking. To avoid similar issues, we recommend booking directly through official websites
