Each of the 16 fronds of the palm island is home to luxurious hotels, beautiful villas, high-end boutiques and malls, pristine beaches, etc. Moreover, there is the Hotel Atlantis the Palm, which is the crowning glory of the island. The View is the observation deck on the 52nd floor of the Palm Tower, next to Nakheel Mall. The entrance to the building is on the roof of the mall, from where you take the elevator to the observation deck that in 240 meters above the palm island. Before you take the 3 minutes journey up to the deck, you can visit the interactive museum and gallery that will tell you the story about the creation of the Palm Jumeirah. Once you reach the deck, you get to see a 360o view of the Palm Jumeirah, the Dubai skyline and the Arabian Gulf

Worth a view
It’s a neat view but it isn’t worth spending lots of time up there. Maybe the view is better from the top with no barriers. I did like the information they shared about the building of Palm Jurmeriah.

Tickets did not work and no refund given
So the ticket that you buy from this company is not working at the counter. Btw 110 Dirhams(at the counter)not 200+ or what i payed for it. So i get from then a qr code that is not working. The lady at the counter says that i need to call the seller to activate the ticket. A bit unconfortable in front of the desk. Of course a refund is out of the question this is why the 1 star review. A bit disapointed on viator as well becase they didnt help but this is life..

Palm view experience
Fantastic view of the palm and a great insight into the construction and development of the palm I would recommend doing the peak time next time around 5pm but overall a great experience and will visit again

The view at the palm - awful experience
This was a horrendous experience! It was clearly over booked as we queued for 2 hours in crammed conditions with very little air conditioning. Many people were struggling to cope, including myself and I am young, fit and healthy. I seriously considered just giving up and leaving the queue as it was so unpleasant. Only do this if you have a fast pass. The view at the top was good, but not worth the wait.
