What you'll see and do
Rainbow Mountain Vinicunca
Our adventure begins with hotel pickup at 3:00 a.m., followed by an approximately 3-hour drive to the village of Kayra Wire, where our ATV station is located. Along the way, we make a stop to enjoy an energizing breakfast before starting the adventure. EXPERIENCE After a brief safety briefing and practice session, we begin the ATV ride accompanied by our guide. In about 25 minutes, we ascend along scenic routes to reach the summit of Rainbow Mountain, where you’ll have time to explore, enjoy the landscape, and take photos of the vibrant colors of the surroundings.

We then continue the ATV ride toward the Red Valley on an adventurous route of approximately 30 minutes, ascending a steep path that offers unique and spectacular views. At the viewpoint, we’ll have time to admire the scenery and capture unforgettable photos. At the end of the experience, we return by ATV to the base and head to a local restaurant to enjoy a comforting lunch, before returning to Cusco in our tourist transportation.

Wow! Just Awesome!!
This is absolutely the best way to see Rainbow Mountain and miss 95% of the walk. You also get a 25 minute mountain ride after you ride up to Rainbow Mountain over to Red valley which is simply exquisite! Our guide Elizabeth was very informative and very helpful. My tip for you is to make sure that you have WhatsApp on your phone because everyone and every company uses it over here to get in touch with you.

Amazing Experience well worth the early wake up
We had an amazing experience on **The Ultimate: Red Valley + Rainbow Mountain by ATV — no hiking**, and a huge part of that was thanks to our wonderful guide, **Rojher**. From the very beginning, Rojher was incredibly patient, kind, and helpful. I accidentally left my phone in the taxi that picked us up from our hotel, and Rojher went above and beyond to help me get it back. He made multiple phone calls and sent messages to the taxi driver, patiently waited with me until the driver returned, and made sure I was able to check the car and recover my phone. Since the group had already left for breakfast, Rojher even arranged a taxi for my partner and me so we could catch up with the rest of the group. His kindness and willingness to help turned what could have been a very stressful situation into something much easier to handle. Once we arrived for the ATV ride, Rojher continued to be attentive every step of the way. Our group was small, and he made sure everyone was safe, comfortable, and enjoying the experience. He led us to both Rainbow Mountain and Red Valley and was always there to guide and assist us along the way. The scenery was incredible, and riding the ATVs made the experience even more memorable. But honestly, what made the day truly special was having a guide like Rojher. His patience, kindness, and genuine care for his guests really stood out. **Thank you, Rojher, for making our experience so wonderful! We highly recommend this tour, and especially Rojher as a guide.**

This it the perfect way to see Rainbow Mountain without the hike!
This was such a wonderful experience! After hiking the Inca trail, my husband I really a the fact that we were able to take the ATVs and motorcycle ride instead of hiking again. This was the highest altitude we experienced and we could definitely feel it. We didn’t have any symptoms of altitude sickness, but Rainbow mountain is literally breathtaking. The beauty of it (and the high altitude) take your breath away. The colors of the mountain were absolutely gorgeous. The area was a little crowded, but we were still able to get good photos. We loved the funny alpacas wearing sunglasses. If you want to see Rainbow mountain without the exertion of hiking, this is definitely the way to go! The ATVs and helmets were in good shape. I was a little bit nervous about riding on the back of a motorcycle up to the top, but the drivers of the motorcycles are very experienced and it ended up being a lot of fun. Driving the ATV through the Red Valley was interesting and beautiful. We really enjoyed this tour.

The guides were amazing I...
The guides were amazing I got sick with altitude sickness and didn’t realize it and he made sure I got medical attention and oxygen. Took great pictures of all of us and were super friendly and helpful. The atv ride was gorgeous probably even better than the actual mountain. Only real compliant was the food was quite poor but eveything else was amazing

Fun ATV tour with incredible views, nice staff, great itinerary and minimal hiking.
The tour is amazing!!!We had perfect weather and the views are incredible, far exceeded our expectations. Both George and Rogelio are very nice and helpful. The tour itinerary is well planned. We got there before the crowds and with morning sunlights, perfect for pictures. The ATV rides are very fun, my kids loved it so much! Bring your puffer jackets and gloves, it’s cold up in the mountains. The buffet breakfast and lunch are good, with warm options, perfect for the cold weather. Although I wish they included red valley in the itinerary, but I understand it may be physically challenging for some people. Overall, 10 out of 10, highly recommended!
