Family fun snorkelling & banana rides
We had a great day. Recommend this tour for families. Had a mini dance party on route to the reef which was a lot of laughs and distracted us from sea sickness. The pontoon activities were lots of fun also before heading to the island for lunch. Only downside one of us got ill with the lunch provided - probably the chicken …. But all in all fun

Terrible experience
My family and I made many wonderful memories throughout 1 week but this tour destroyed everything in 5 minutes. I strongly recommend to my American and Japanese friends not to go here and not to use any company that advertises their tour. They are liars and don't deserve to have tourist to spend their hard earned money here. They ruined my vacation and dream and my hard earned money was wasted here.
Response from the operator: Hi Ms Rhonda, Please find below response of the feedback from the supplier for your kind perusal. -------- Dear Ms Rhonda Tezuka, Following your trip advisor review dated 2 October 2019 we are sorry to learn that you were not happy with your Reef Cruise experience on 26 September 2019. We have taken your feedback seriously. After we investigated the case we found that you were not able to join our optional parasailing tour. You have booked for the parasailing activity with the scheduled departure at 2 pm, unfortunately the wind was so strong (at 1.35pm) which was presented by the sound of the cooling engine alarm. Our parasailing driver advised our pontoon manager that we were not able to continue the operation and the parasailing activity should be cancelled. We noted at 1.40pm our cooling engine alarm was fixed and the parasailing can serve the second group who scheduled to depart at 1pm. Unfortunately after the second group completed the ride (at 2.15pm) the alarm was ringing again. Our engineer was trying to fix the engine without success. At 2.50pm our Cruise Director advised you that we were not able to continue the operational of parasailing, our staff has refunded your optional parasailing payment and the Bali Hai II vessel was ready to return to mainland Bali. We have been operating for 30 years and guests safety is paramount important for our operation. We value your disappointment, as a token gesture we invited you to join our Sunset Dinner Cruise on complimentary basis. Thank you for bringing this case into our attention and we are sorry for the miss communication. Kindest regards, -------- We hope the above clarification will meet your kind attention. Should you want to claim the complimentary, please let me know. And we would be grateful if you consider changing your rating. Once more, we do apologise for the inconvenience. Thanks & Regards.

We really enjoyed this trip! The pontoon made everything very accessible and we had an excellent time. We loved the small tour of Lembongan and the tour length was just about right. We were even able to extend our stay and go to the beach club for an extra hour. This is offered on a first come first basis but was an excellent free addition to our trip. I had debated between the beach club and the pontoon, but I was glad we could do both! Bali Hai cruises was a wonderful experience.

There were a few negatives to be aware of, but does not really reflect the company.

The water while riding on the Caterman was rather choppy and lots of people got sick on the way out - so be warned if you get sea sick easily
The visibility was not excellent for snorkeling and the underwater submarine. We saw a few fish but nothing too significant and the water was a bit murky. We wanted to do the sea walkers but ran out of time. There were so many other things to do that was already included!
Lunch was okay. We ate towards the end of the alloted time so many things had run out or been sitting out for a long time. It might be best to eat earlier than later although we did want to avoid the crowd.

The reef cruise was disappointing. The vessel went in a small circle and we saw very little fish. Much more fish and the people being trained in scuba could be seen from the pontoon's own underwater viewing area.
I was 'chicken' and never tried the huge slide into the sea, but it looked like fun. I never saw anyone repeat the experience though.
A lot to do if you wanted to keep busy. A fun day.

we paid $175 Aus each to see some dead white coral 20 metres below the surface. If you like thrills, don't go on the banana boat. The blow up banana boat took us on a leasurley 5km/h circle route around the boat. The walking tour was a tour of the local mini mart.. cost way too much for what it is

Why this scores 51
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
The Ultimate Lembongan Day Cruise: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Seminyak.
How much does The Ultimate Lembongan Day Cruise cost?
+
Prices start at $117 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Seminyak usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does The Ultimate Lembongan Day Cruise take?
+
Plan for about 7 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Seminyak is not rushed.
Is The Ultimate Lembongan Day Cruise worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 51 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.9/5 across 68 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Seminyak, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule The Ultimate Lembongan Day Cruise?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is The Ultimate Lembongan Day Cruise suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 7-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book The Ultimate Lembongan Day Cruise?
+
Around 24 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Seminyak can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Seminyak and add a light layer if any part of the 7-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does The Ultimate Lembongan Day Cruise start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Seminyak within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Seminyak?
+
On Outty we rank every Seminyak experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Best of Bali Waterfalls: Tibumana, Tukad Cepung and Tegenungan, Bali Instagram Tour: The Most Scenic Spots, Ubud Hot Springs and Waterfall Private Guided Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Seminyak?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Seminyak?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
