No possibility to carry out the activity

We could not enjoy the experience because the plane had to divert to Oulu due to bad weather in Rovanimi. As soon as we knew this we contacted the company so that they could have our places for other people. We asked them if we could do it the next day and they said yes, but that we had to pay for the activity again since, according to them, Iberia would reimburse us for the expenses arising from the delay in landing. When we indicated that we had no security of such return we were offered to rebook with a 50% discount. I understand that it was not the fault of the tour operator, but it is also understandable that I will not pay again because I have no official communication from Iberia of any kind of compensation. It is a very expensive activity not to take into account this type of circumstances anymore when there was availability on your part to do it the next day

Response from the operator: Thank you for sharing your experience, and we’re truly sorry for the inconvenience caused by the flight diversion. We completely understand your frustration due to circumstances outside your control is far from ideal. We would also like to clarify that, due to the very short notice during high season, our company couldn’t cancel or refund this experience caused by travel disruptions. In addition, while we did our best to explore alternatives as a gesture of goodwill, our team offered a 50% discount to rebook, though we understand that this did not fully resolve the situation, especially without confirmation of reimbursement from the Iberia airline. We appreciate your feedback, as it highlights an important area where we can improve communication and flexibility for guests affected by travel disruptions.

The best experience we have had in Lapland

I must say this was hands down the best experience of an absolutely magical trip to Lapland. It was our anniversary and the igloo was so magical. The food was amazing, Alex the host was incredible. Perfect setting and perfect service. We will be back every time we come Lapland. Amazing Alex - thank you so much

    Amazing outdoor dinner

It is an absolutely amazing evening experience that combines a nice private aurora viewing experience for yourself (if the weather cooperates) . The tour company was great with communication the whole way throughout, our tour guide Katerina made our daughter feel like a VIP the whole entire time. -The igloo has a nice fire inside so it’s not like you’re freezing in there. -the grilled salmon dinner rivals any fancy in-town restaurant -and did I mention the lights? It is a must do if you have a spare evening up here

The Arctic Conservatory: A Private Dinner Under Northern Lights**: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Rovaniemi.

How much does The Arctic Conservatory: A Private Dinner Under Northern Lights** cost?

    +

Prices start at $245 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Rovaniemi usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does The Arctic Conservatory: A Private Dinner Under Northern Lights** take?

    +

Plan for about 3 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Rovaniemi is not rushed.

Is The Arctic Conservatory: A Private Dinner Under Northern Lights** worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 57 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.4/5 across 19 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Rovaniemi, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule The Arctic Conservatory: A Private Dinner Under Northern Lights**?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is The Arctic Conservatory: A Private Dinner Under Northern Lights** suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 3-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book The Arctic Conservatory: A Private Dinner Under Northern Lights**?

    +

Around 7 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Rovaniemi can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Rovaniemi and add a light layer if any part of the 3-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does The Arctic Conservatory: A Private Dinner Under Northern Lights** start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Rovaniemi within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Rovaniemi?

    +

On Outty we rank every Rovaniemi experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Northern Lights Rovaniemi: Guaranteed Viewing & Unlimited Mileage, Rovaniemi: Korouoma Canyon & Frozen Waterfalls Tour with BBQ, Rovaniemi:%100 Guaranteed Northern Lights Hunt&Free Photos. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Rovaniemi?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Rovaniemi?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
